Paano mag cancel ng submitted eoi? Click withdraw or suspend? Ano magiging effect nun? Deleted lang ang eoi? Pero pwede pa din mag create ng bago?

salamat po sa reply. sayang nga po medyo nag kulang sa judgement sa part na yan . although financially din po kasi nanghihingi po ang NT ng bank account both of us meron dapat 36,000 (pede combination ng property and cash) pag two kami dapat 50,000 ang present namen. so medyo on that part we also hold back.

salamat po, if ever po pala wala po major impact saknya.

I started my application as single. although I have girlfriend i have not included her as a partner. even when I lodge and i filled out form 80.

We are engage by now and getting married soon. Disadvantage ba ang pag apply ng single, or should I have applied and declared in a relationship / de facto?
will this be a problem later on when we applied for her in aussie.

Hindi in demand ang field ko kaya sa NT nlng sya open minsan sa ACT din but very tight nag close agad.

My reason for not including my partner is I do not want to hold my application kasi pag SS need ng mabilisan ma submit due to the job posting requirements must be atleast 2 months.
I before I lodge hindi ko din sya include baka may mga docs na need nya and ma hold ako.
tama ba ang naging decision ko? has this been causing my application to be abit thoroughly checked due to the single status?

once granted visa, u can apply for a spousal visa or prospective marriage visa. no issues na di mo dineclare as a de facto ngyn but i agree with the others, mas madali and cheaper sana if you have included her as a your de facto.

You can click withdraw to cancel your submitted EOI. There aren't really any negative consequences if you withdraw, especially if there isn't an invitation to apply yet. And yes, you can create multiple EOIs.

Hi everyone, ask ko lng sana pra sa Partner skills na 5pts, tinatanggap pa ba ang sa EOI yung letter from school ng spouse certifying na medium of language used is english? Or does she need to go through IELTS rin?

@wannabecathy if claiming for partner skills points, dapat mag provide ng english proficiency report with ielts 6 and above or equivalent

Hello po. I want to migrate to australia. But I'm still confused of which path take. Either to study there para maka migrate. Studying there means I need to start saving from scratch coz its expensive, but mas malaki ba chance to become a citizen if you study there? Or shall I appy for skilled migration, considering that I still have to finish my first contract here in dubai which will end on July 2017 (but I might extend due to financial matters-unless i can be in australia already), which means I can afford time until then. And for whichever path will I take, is it necessary na dumaan sa agent or lawyer for the processing? How much will it cost me if I do skilled migration or to study there then apply for migration?

Profession:
- Architect (since June 2012), Architect's apprentice (march 2010-march 2012)
- registered master plumber (aug 2010)
- real estate broker (may 2015)

@mylagador Hello, first you will have to check your nominated occupation sa sol/csol list sa dibp website. It is much better if derecho ka na sa skilled migration. Costly kasi ng student visa and you have to apply for a skilled independent visa again after your studies or after you have met the 60 points threshold.

@mylagador may migration agent tab dito sa site. click mo lang for lists of agent that you can engage to help you. Most of us here, hindi na nag agent pero if you think your case is complicated, it is better with agent to avoid errors in the application

Ah really? So it csn be done wiithout agent? How can i do that? Coz ng inquire ako sa mga agents dito, one asked 7.5k aed (or 90k pesos) tapos yong kakilala ko naman 5k aed (60k pesos) ang hingi. Ang mahal.

@Megger because my first nominated occupation was under csol so i have no choice but to apply under visa 190 kahit na may 65 points na ako. nagpareassessed ako ng occupation under sol kaso lang ang tagal ng result at nainvite na ako ng nsw.

@engineer20. Now I understand! Thanks.. Do we have to resubmit a CTCd copy of docs for the EOI Bro, same as what we did for the skill assessment? Thanks for your prompt response. God bless and best wishes for your Aussy settlement.

@Megger you dont need to submit any docs to create and submit an EOI but you must already have a positive skill assessment and at least competent english. You only submit docs when a you received a state invitation or when you lodged your visa application. You only need ctc for black and white docs but for original colored ones a scanned copy will suffice.

I would just like to ask po, after po magbigay ng COE and payslip ng company do I need to go to consulate for stamping or something to prove that the document given by the company is legit? or ready yun na po yung e upload sa account namin? @fpinkk check your assessing body if they require a Certified True copy of your document. If required then you need to have it certified.

No worries, we're here to help! Based on your previous post, mukhang nakapag-research naman na kayo. Parang naguguluhan lang naman kayo kung anong dapat unahin, tama ba? So basically, ganto ang magiging order:

1. Check if VETASSESS will require a proof of English Language Proficiency. If yes, then IELTS/PTE should be first. If not, then collect other requirements needed for VETASSESS and submit your application for assessment.

2. Once your assessment is ready, if you don't have IELTS/PTE yet, then take it.

3. Lodge your SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI). (http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Skil)

4. Wait for your invitation to apply (ITA) for Visa 189/190.

5. Lodge your visa application and pay the amount.

6. Wait for your visa grant.

guys, tanong lang po regarding sa Lodgment,, ex...MARY is the mother(also the primary applicant) and JOHN is the son,,,kung magfifill-out na sa part na para kay JOHN, what is the "relationship to the primary applicant" ?
tama po ba na "SON" yung ilagay namin? or "MOTHER" ?
