    Sa mga nagrant ng visa 190, pag nagrant na ng visa kailangan na mag initial entry before expiration ng police clearance, is that right? Then from initial entry tapos lumabas ka uli ng Australia, may palugit ba uli na ibibigay to settle in Australia? Thanks po sa makakasagot.

    @kholoudmanlucu not necessarily the police clearance will be the basis for your ied. Nakalagy sa grant letter kung kelan ang IED mo. then from the grant date, count 5 years, yun yung date na pag lumabas ka na sa australia, you have to apply for re entry visa. kung hindi, di ka na ulit makapasok as pr sa oz..

    @kholoudmanlucu dagdag ko narin sa sagot ni @se29m... ung IED specifically stated siya sa grant letter, and usually is based on whichever is nearest (expires first) among the three: police clearance, med exams, passport.

    So it means meron palugit na 5 years from IED before po magsettle sa Australia otherwise void na ang PR visa? And anytime in that period of 5 years puede mag initial entry?

    @kholoudmanlucu hmm... lemme break it down, eto ung available information sa grant letter (assuming grant was March xx 2016):

    Initial Entry Date = usually, eto ung date whichever is the nearest na mage-expire (police clearance, meds exam, passport). kunwari Feb xx 2017.
    Must not enter OZ = aka, "expiry" ng visa. eto ung 5 years after the grant. kunwari March xx 2021 (5 years after the grant).

    At any given time, between your IED and Must not enter oz dates, pwede ka pabalik balik ng Australia, walang limitation.

    Yung kelangan mo lang i-take note is that once the visa expires, either converted ka na to OZ citizenship or ibang visa na ung kelangan mo i-apply (RRV = return resident visa, which is meron siyang rule bago ka ma-grant / usually must have stayed in OZ for two years within 5 years)
