    Ohh haha dapat pala inuna ko na NBI - lagi ako may hit e. 3 weeks pa na hintay ito >.<

    Sa pag attached ng mga documents, paano mag delete ng attachements?
    Kasi hindi lumabas sa akin yung mga kailangan i attached agad (yung mga naka yellow icon) so nag attach na ako ng files. Nung pag log in ko uli, lumabas na yung mga yellow na required kaya sa attachment page ko ngayon for example may Travel documents - passport na attached, tapos may yellow na icon na travel documents uli.

    question pala uli - na bayaran at na submit ko na yung form pero wala pa akong NBI - ok lang ba ito na after 3 weeks ko i-upload? Monday kasi ako naka sched pero sure may hit ako niyan based sa past experience so 3 weeks yung estimated ko

    @jandm hindi pa nga po ako makapag lodge dahil hindi pa rin na sesend ng nationwide ung medical ng daughter ko. Ang tagal nga e since nung Dec 22 pa sya ng pa xray. Ilang beses na ko tumawag wala pa daw kasi ung pedia na magsusubmit sa DIBP. Ang sabi baka daw today, nag check ako kanina Examinations in progress pa rin. Bukas (7th working day) tatawag ulit ako since 3-5 working days ang TAT ng results nila.

    @ram071312 yung medical sa Nationwide Makati - ano po yung sched nila? kasi sa st. luke's Monday to Friday lang based sa ibang post. and need mag pa appointment or walk in lang? thanks! Ito po yung sa ZETA building no?

    @furano meron po silang Sat 8-10am nga lang. Pero matatapos naman po nila lahat ng procedures mag 10am kung before 8am andun na kayo. Ganun po kasi ginawa namin.

    Walk in lang po. Bring the referral letter, orig passport and cash (5600 for adults, 2350 for kids below 15 y.o.)
    Opo they are located ath the 2F of Zeta Bldg very near the Indonesian Embassy and walking distance from Makati Med.
    Mabilis din mag upload ng results pag no additional tests required.

    @kaizer23 physical exam (height and weight and eye check), xray, HIV test, Urinalysis, and medical exam with a panel doctor: interview muna na uulitin lang naman itanong ung nasa questionnaire ng emedical/referral letter then physical check up with under garments on, sa female chineck ung abdomen plus ung back for tattoos.

    @kaizer23 yan din un sequence of the procedures sa Nationwide. IDK lang sa St. Luke's. Sabi nung iba the only advantage ng SLEC is ung murang fee na 4250 pero in terms of tagal at bilis ng pag submit ng result sa DIBP mas okay ang Nationwide.

    @kaizer23 ako ay Obese Class 1 (5'2" at 67 kls) at me eye glasses na 220 pero wala naman naging problem. Not unless siguro meron ka lang medical history of diabetes or fatty liver, etc na dinisclose mo at meron kang maintenance medicine.
