Hi to all.

I'm a newbie here.
I badly need your help and advice po kasi if God permits, this will be my first time to get out of the country.
Me and my bestfriend wants to visit Australia for a month lang naman po. Sya madali na sya makakaapply ng visa kasi nakapag around the world na sya. And she's currently taking up medicine course so madali nya po maipprovide yung reason na babalik sya ng pinas after 30 days kasi nagaaral sya dito. That's my problem po and i dont know what other problems would arise aside from citing reasons na babalik talaga ako ng pinas. Kasi ang work ko po ay online. Homebased po ang work ko and i believe this kind of work is a trend na sa mga pinoy. Do you think the embassy will deny my application? Please help me po.

Please help me po.

Thanks so much.

@iyah17 this will depends on your circumstance. More than just your current job, there are other things na icoconsider nila - how much money you have in your account, where are you going to stay, which cities you will be visiting, purpose of going to AU, do you know someone/have family in AU, is someone sponsoring you, etc.
As for your homebased job, do you have a contract with the employer? Maybe you can get a letter from them that will be some sort of leave approval, na they approved you being away for specific number of days and that they are aware of your travel etc.

Hi Good day po! I am having a hard time looking for Posting as new topic/ thread kaya ditto nalang po ako mag tatanong about sa pag apply ng Visit Visa.

Newbie din po ako. I have a lot of questions kasi po I am planning to apply as a Visit visa sa Australia. SC600. My auntie, who is an Aus Citizen will shoulder my accommodation. She can just provide me an invitation letter.

Now my questions are as follows:

    2. Do I still need to have a medical exam kahit hindi naman ako lalagpas ng 1month sa pagbabakasyon?
    3. If ever may propesctive employer na ako sa Aus, can I change my visit visa to 457 visa while I am still in Aus?
    4. Do I need to lodge my application here since hindi naman sponsor ng tita ko? Invitation letter lang naman ang sa kanya?
    5. Do I need to have a roundtrip ticket na before lodging my application?
And last but not the least, do I still need to declare that I've traveled outside the Philippines way back 2008 and 2010 pero asia lang naman?

Hope to hear from anyone of you guys!

    Thank you!

    1. I'm not sure if your aunt needs to pay 1 week bond. as far as i know as long as you satisfy the requirement on your own merit it doesn't matter.
    2. nope i never heard about requirement of medical for 1 month stay. depends on your visa. i know some are required if the tourist visa validity given is 1 yr validity. if less than 1 year, medical isnt required.
    3. if an employer will hire you, you are required to change your visa bec tourist visa isn't allowed fo work.
    4. do you mean lodge your tourist visa? you can do it online too.
    5. would be advisable to have a round trip but this isnt required. just a proof that you will be coming back.
    6. in online submission, you will be asked to scan your old passport with the travel stamp pages. i guess it should be the same for manual submission.

    Hope nakatulong ng konti.

@Admin Thank you so much for the information. It really helps a lot. Aside lang po dun sa last question. I don't have the copy of my old passport na po kasi it was misplaced and lost. I haven't had any copies left even those stamps. O kailangan ko po talaga ideclare un since I have travel before na po?
