This apartment is situated in a nice quiet leafy street, yet is one minute walk from tram station to the city, 3 minutes from Ripponlea train station, and 5 minute car ride to the beach. Also, it is three minutes from trendy Glen Eira shopping strip.

The room is nice and spacious with built-in wardrobes. The apartment is freshly painted, new carpet, and the beds are new. We have laundry facilities, and a nice spacious lounge room. There is unlimited wifi. One car park space is available for the apartment.

Kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, grill, and all the utensils you need for cooking.
