Options for migration. Sister is already a PR in Vic

PR na po ang sister ko sa Melbourne since 2009. Napagkasunduan namin magkapatid na makarating din ako dun as PR. I sought the help of a migration expert and was told na pasok daw ako sa ICT Customer Support Officer. unfortunately wala na siya sa occupation list. natengga na po ang aking status. Gusto ko po sana malaman kung ano pa po ang options namin? Majority of my career is customer support (call center, helpdesk). Previously, machine operator po ako sa semiconductor for 4+ years. Vocational course po natapos ko Computer Tech. Nakarating na po ako sa Melbourne last Feb at nagstay ako for 5 weeks. Gusto ko po talaga na makarating sa Australia. Any suggestions po will be appreciated.

    Kung wala po sa occupational list mahirap ata mag apply PR.

    Nov 7, 2014 -- ACS lodge for skill assessment
    Nov 17, 2014-- + assessment from ACS :)
    Nov 26, 2014 -- IELTS payment and review starts now.

    • result of IELTS FAILED!
      Apr 10, 2015-- IELTS EXAM + result 7,7,7.5, 7.5 Passed!
      May 6, 2015-- EOI Submitted (60pts visa189 )
      Oct 3, 2015 -- + 5 points work experience EOI Updated (65pts visa 189)
      Jan 22, 2016 -- invited to lodge
      Feb 5, 2016 -- Lodge 189 visa and pay visa fee
      Feb 24, 2016 -- CO allocation and ask for medical, nbi clearance, medium of instruction for me
      March 00, 2016 - wife & me went to NBI for clearance ( may hit! ) settle the next day sa UN branch. I got mine my wife needs to wait 2 weeks pa!
      March 00, 2016 -- Went to Medical city (sat) it was closed!
      March 00, 2016 -- I went back to SG for my medical and my family medical sched below
      March 17 , 2016 -- Medical at St Lukes
      April 19, 2016 -- Visa Grant! Thank you for the additional blessing Lord!

    Feb 8, 2017 -- Hello Sydney!
    Feb 21-- Got our own place to stay and we can call home
    March 5, 2017 -- Got the job I wanted
    July 30, 2017 - Got another Job offer! better pay and permanent position

    Oh yeah! Dreams do come true! Act now!

    Hi @Dredd mahaba haba basahin yan may student visa thread dito, you can try to check. or if you have the budget try agency para ma guide ka maayos, make sure agency is MARA registered.

    Your sister can only sponsor you under 489 visa pero dadaan ka pa rin sa usual process like visa 190/189. Mas konti nga lang quota for relative sponsored 489 visa( nasa 10 invitations per month lang)

    Di mo ba kaya maging independent or state sponsored 190?

    @fgs yung nga po ang original na inapply ko. as per the agent that I paid to process my visa, wala na yung ICT support officer so hindi na niya maprocess ang visa ko. Only way daw po is to acquire a skill that is in demand.

    @Dredd pag wala na sa SOL/CSOL ang skills mo, di ka na pwede mag apply under skilled migration..have you checked the new SOL/CSOL? Effective ito starting July 1
