  yes..pwede naman po sya mag apply sa dubai.. i know several friends who applied tourist visa from dubai...

  Oo naman pwede kang mag-apply kahit wala ka sa Pinas...Ako dito ako sa Indonesia ng-apply at nakakuha ng tourist visa pa-Oz.
