    @pymela We had the same transition as you are from student to PR. Yung sa amin nga lang sa Melbourne pareho. Just make sure that you have a valid visa while waiting for your 190. And yes I think if you applied for NSW, dapat dun kayo dapat magstay. Sorry hindi kasi clear masyado yung case niyo.. Is there a reason why you want to get a student visa?

    Hi @Cassey ayos pala sa inyo d mo na need magmove.. Kami kasi sa nsw lang open ung skill ng husband ko.. Luckily, nainvite kami dun.. Actually, til march 2017 pa ung student visa namin.. Though d ko na tatapusin ung major ko kasi d na dn need for grad visa.. Pero 1 subject n lang ako to graduate from 1.5yrs mba so tatapusin ko na dn.. Sabi sa dibp nung tumawag ako if i want daw email ko processing dept pahold ko daw application namin until matapos ko tong sem na to.. Ayaw ko nga.. Hehe.. Gusto ko nga maapprove n agad.. Medyo clear n ng konti galing nako sa skul ko knina sabi hahnapan ako ng subj. na offered online para kug need na nmin magmove sa nsw pwede.. Thanks sa reply.. Good luck satin lahat! :)

    @pymela Oo granted na yung 189 visa namin sa awa ng DIyos. Pinaka naging challenge sa amin dati kung paano kami makakapagstay dito sa Au kasi patapos na yung student visa namin eh di pa kami makapagapply ng 189 dahil may katagalan yung assessment ng hubby ko eh requirement yung assessment na yun.. God really works in wonders. :)
