@tish2016 nakapagprint ka na ba ng e-medical referral letter nyo? declare mo dun sa referral letter ng anak mo yung condition nya. malamang na mangyari ay ilalagay ito ng doctor from nationwide as comment at BUPA na ang bahalang magdecide kung approve or declined ang medical result.

As suggested by others po pwedeng i-upload nyo na rin sya kahit hndi pa hinihingi ng CO. Ako po prepared na ung form80 ko kahit wala pa akong ITA ) Kalowka general accountants e tataas ng points hindi pa ako makasingit. L-)

Ang first CO contact ba usually sasabihin na nya lahat ng hihingin nya or pwedeng after manghingi say ng form 80, pag nacomplete mo na yun, possible parin na humingi sya ibang docs not related sa una nyang hiningi? what im trying to ask here is that, by the first contact from CO asking for a specific doc, can we assume na ok na ibang docs na we have provided aside from the one/s asked? sorry medyo toxic lang ang question ko. medyo paranoid na ako hahahaha

@tish2016 My opinion is the i really dont think reason for refusal ang case ng anak mo kasi hindi naman sya magiging burden sa OZ, basta yung sakit hindi naman magastos pagdating mo dun na tipong madedeplete ang budget for citizens and migrants, mabibigyan pa din ng visa. Be positive lang, just declare all the info you got there. God bless

@engineer20 nakapagprint na ako. nilagay ko dun yung meds na iniinom nya. i asked his doctor if mental problem ba epilepsy, sabi nya hindi kaya sa declaration NO nilagay namin sa mental problem.

@iam_juju oks nice to know that. May maintenance medicine lang na kailangan inumin. siguro repeat tests lang gagawin. hindi naman din sobrang gastos. sana hindi sya reason para madeny kami. thanks sa info!

How long kaya bago magsubmit ng result si Nationwide Makati?

Hello! May kakilala ako approved na and nasa AU na, encoded lang ung form80 and last page printed and signed, then scanned together and uploaded. Ganun din frontloaded ko. Sana wala naman problem

@RRKJAUS yung SG tac assessment ba is yung notice of assessment? hindi yung form IR8A? d a kase complete ITR namin sa pinas..2006 pa siya last nag work dun..waaaaaaaaaaaa..kaya SSS and Pag ibig na lang inattach namin...

Hi @Nat yup, yung form IR8A ang sinama namin. I think ok lang kahit wala ITR from PH basta isama niyo na lang siguro all other docs na meron kayo under PH employment How about payslips meron kayo?

Both evidence you provided to this office cannot be accepted as evidence of functional as reasons below:

-evidence of certificate issued from her Primary School and stated:

......which is used " as the medium of instruction " from Grade 1 to Grade 6 ( not all courses/instructions)



-another evidence of letter issued from her High School ( secondary education ) and states

......xxxxx graduated from.... High school on " SY1994-1998 " ( less than 5 years as requirement )

As per the website:
"Completed all years of primary education and at least three years of secondary education in an educational institution in or outside Australia and all instructions were in English.
Completed at least five years of secondary education in an institution in or outside Australia and all instructions were in English."

@iam_juju hey malapit ka na...baka mauna ka pa magrant sa akin I-) depends sa CO pero ang alam ko earliest next contact is 1-2 days at worst is maximum at 90 days. Kailan ka huli na contact ng CO mo?

I suggest mag submit ka na rin ng FORM 80 para direct grant ka na. Ako kahit hindi hiningi sa akin ng CO, pinag submit na ako ng agent. GO!

@jedh_g wala pa akong CO eh. Inaayos ko na form 80 toxic sagutan hehe. May tanong pa pala ako need kaya namin form 815 kasi yung xray ng husband ko sabi ng nationwide may findings daw pero sinubmit na nila sa BUPA bahala na daw dun kung ano ipagawa. after 3 days naclear na din sya walang pinagawa. ano kaya?

@iam_juju check your immiaccount kasi kami din sa youngest son ko hiningi ng 2nd CO contact sa amin Form 815 health undertaking kaya 'heto waiting pa when ulit and sana grant na next and final contact. Madali lang naman 2 pager lang yon na data sheet with signature. Yun naman Form 80 gumawa pa ko sa excel to summarize my travels outside the country para madali i-encode sa form. Tapusin mo na 'to para matapos ka na. Malapit ka na ma-grant kapit lang!

3. You are directed to eMedical Client to consent to eMedical processing and complete your medical history if required

5. You make an appointment with an approved panel clinic or migration medical services provider and provide your HAP ID
   
6. You attend your appointment and take your eMedical Referral letter with you
   
7. The clinic locates your case in eMedical using the HAP ID

This CEMI is from college lang po ba Sir, or pati high school and grade school? Also, my profession is not on the SOL (unlike my husband's), sa CSOL lang, so tama po bang di rin talaga kami pwede magclaim ng partner points? Sorry sir ang dami ko pong tanong, and thanks in advance for your help. Congrats po sa inyo!

This CEMI is from college lang po ba Sir, or pati high school and grade school? - college or university, alam ko as long as degree holder ok na ang isang cemi from your college/univ
