We have a single room to be available on August 1, with bed and built in closet. Preferably female.
$155 per week only. Inclusive of internet and bills.
Address is in Rosehill (City of Parramatta).Just across Rosehill Train Station and bus stop to Parramatta CBD, Lidcombe Station and Bankstown. Walking distance (10-15mins) to Woolworths and ALDI Rosehill, OLOL Church (Catholic), Maccas, KFC and Hooters. 6 mins bus to Parramatta CBD/Train. 35-40mins train to Central Station.
Currently in the unit are all filipinos, primarily studying in the City. Just 5 in the unit with one leaving on July 31. Location is very convenient and you have multiple means of transportation either you want to go far west or to the city. PM me for details and photos.
