Will be arriving in south au (sponsoring state) and will stay there for 5 days para asikasuhin ang paglipat namin, wala din po ako sinabi na hindi kami mgpapaalam sa state,

ang nashare ko is un sa mga family ko na hindi na nagpaalam. Yes we will go to melbourne dahil dun my nghhntay na work, lahat nmn ng ngaaply gsto agad ng work so there. @engineer20

IMHO, medyo simple lang kasi yung case namin. 1 company lang kami tapos local pa. Wala rin kaming foreign travel/assignments na matagal (no need for police clearance from abroad). So konti lang documents namin. Kaya siguro na-satisfy agad yung CO sa case namin (kahit walang Form 80). Hula lang namin yan hehe

Hi all, share ko lang po. Php6,600 ung fee ng standard medical sa Nationwide Makati. Went there on a Friday 2PM, finished at 2:30PM. Usually daw maraming tao sa umaga.

Lodge na po ako within this week. Hehe May tanong pa pala po ako, diba ITR, payslips, and NBI no need to CTC? Thank you po!

Share ko rin na sa St. Luke's BGC php6,600 rin. Puwede credit card or cash. Tapos okay rin kasi mabilis rin.

Less than 1 week lumabas results sa ImmiAccount.

ano lang pina-CTC niyo? yung mga nakaCTC na na sinubmit sa ACS? The rest colored scans ok na? like birth cert, english cert from scholl of wife, etc.?

sir tama po ba may 2months lang bago sa pag lodge ng visa after ng ITA? tapos if kayo ang main applicant, kayo lang ung need ng referral letter/HAP ID? si dependent po paano magpapamedical? included na po sya sa same hap id? thanks po

And walang kailangan dalhin na ganun sa medical. Wala naman stool sample. Urinalysis lang.

@MayoMay wala po kasing ibang nagpapamedical nung time na yun. Mga nurses lang nandun so tuluy-tuloy lang. Urinalysis lang po hndi na need ng sample stool.

Parang ganito ung timeline (including waiting time):

1. 5mins - answering the form
2. 3mins - nurse checked the form, took photo
3. 2 mins - payment
4. 2 mins - changed clothes (laboratory gown provided by the clinic)
5. 3 mins - height, weight, snellen chart
4. 3 mins- blood extraction
5. 2 mins - X-ray
5. 2 mins - collected urine sample
6. 5 mins - physical check up with the doctor
7. 3 mins - changed clothes

@allej ah tlga wala na stool.. whaaaaaaa.. ayus pala.. kasi pahirapan pa pagmagdala tapos sakto ayaw pa makisama ng tyan.. hahaha..thanks sa info! :-)

@chewychewbacca thanks po... hahaha.. sa physical kasama breast exam? or mga ultrasound etc. issue kaya yung may asthma, gout or hemorroids ? or may list sila ng mga sakit na maging conflict sa test.. alam ko nabanggit is ung TB, HIV stuff

@MayoMay Wala ako breast exam. Sa physical parang chineck lang heartbeat ko tapos nag tanong yung doctor tapos pinindot yung tiyan ko. Hahaha Sorry hindi ko alam paano explain. Basta parang pinindot niya ng madiin. Check ata kung may sasakit na organs.

@chewychewbacca madami ding pinindot sakin sa likuran ko. tapos andun ung greatest fear ko yung Snellen chart. Sabi ni ate nurse: "patanggal po ng glasses. hanggang saang line ang nababasa nyo?" ang sagot ko: "wala po." :-L

@mav14 Sir, for the ITR did you print it so that you can sign it? And then scanned it again for visa lodging? OR you didn't sign the ITR anymore and just uploaded the unsigned ITR?

@thisisme1 Nung nagpasa kami ng docs sa DIBP (for visa application na), wala ng naka-CTC sa docs. Puro scanned color copy na. Yung pinasa namin sa ACS na B&W and naka-CTC, hindi ko ginamit ulit. Ni-rescan ko na lang. Gusto ko kasi lahat scanned color copy na hehe. Pwede rin naman yung approach mo

@MayoMay Yep, 60 days ang validity ng ITA. Lahat ng kasama sa visa application (main and dependents), kelangan magpa-medical. Kelangan mag-generate ng HAP ID for each applicant.

@chewychewbacca Yung eMedical letter, eto yung electronic document na makukuha sa eMedical client na merong status for each required medical exam. Pag uploaded na yung result sa DIBP, "Completed" na ang status for each exam. As for the ITR, I printed it first, signed it then scanned it. Hindi ko na pina-CTC.

Kapag sa My Application page po nakalagay sa status ko Incomplete pero when I click the reference number and check View Health Assessment nakalagay naman mo na Cleared and No Action Required po ako. Paano po ba siya magiging complete? And paano makukuha yung eMedical letter?

Try this site first... https://www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient
Kelangan mo lang HAP ID and other personal details to enter the site. Pag nakapasok ka na, there's a Print Information Sheet button at the bottom of the page. Mag-generate sya ng PDF of the Info Sheet with the details of your medical exam and result.

I'm not familiar with the document that you posted. Baka hindi ko lang napansin yan before. Or baka iba na ngayon?
