Sa passport ko kasi married surname and middle name ko yung single surname ko.

Last Name: C
First Name: A
Middle Name:B
Nung kumuha ako AFP nilagay ko naman both type of names.
So nacheck yung "A C" and "A B". Ang arte nila, gusto may "A B C" din. Obvious naman na malilipat yung last name ko nung single ako sa middle name. Haay
