Hello po sa lahat.ask lng po. Medyo matagal tagal nrin kc ako nagsubmit ng EOI ko for visa 190 pero d prin ako nainvite.until nag 33 n ako so nabawasan n ako ng pts. Ano po kaya ang reason y d ako nainvite dat time considering n nka min 60pts po ako i mean alam ko po na mababa prin yun pts pero may step po ba ako dapat n ginawa para mas mapansin eOI ko or mainvite after magsubmit ng EOI or tama lng n nagwait lng ako for invitation for sponsorship n unfortunately d ko nrecv.
Patulong nman po kung may idea kau or case same like mine.

@chubby24, dami possibilities. Could be na marami mas mataas na points na nakapila sa occupation mo, nagceiling na yung occupation, o di ganun ka demand yong occupation. You can still secure the loss points through English test and partner point.

Hello, I'm on the planning stage and just would like to ask if you know someone who might have the same situation as mine and can give some advice. Just a brief background, I'm not a CPA, my undergraduate degree is Financial Accounting under sec.2 school and earned my MBA in sec.1 school. I have an almost 10-year accounting-related working experience. Is there any chance to be approved that if I apply for Accountant (General) -221111?

Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you. :-)

Have your bachelors degree and MBA assessed by related assessing body. CPAA, CA, IPA, pili ka lang. Since may MBA ka kahit di ka board passer may malaking chance na your education will equate to bachelors degree sa AU.

@SAP_Melaka you need not to provide proof for those work you are not claiming points.
for employment you are claiming points you should include certificate of employment with detailed job description and contract if available.

1. Since hindi colored ang ITR, kailangan ipa-CTC? - sa lawyer din ba nagpapa CTC?
2. We were married 2 months ago pa lang, is it ok na Marriage certificate lang ang ipass and not the NSO copy?
3. My husband and I got our NBI 1 month before we got married, is there a need to get a new NBI clearance na married na ang status or no need na kasi maiden name pa rin naman gamit ko sa mga docs ko?

@batman Thanks! I have COE with detailed job (same documents I submitted for ACS assessment). I have contract as well.

So those 2 (contracts + COE) will suffice? Or additional reqs yung payslips?

2. Congratulations! no idea for this.
3. Naka tala ba sa NBI clearance kong married or not? no first hand infor about this too.

@batman hi boss! Thanks sa info on CTC. Nakapag pa CTC ka na? Cheaper ba sya as compared sa notarization? With regards to NBI, yes nakalagay yung civil status.. and my box dun for Husband's surname.

@Xiaomau82 wala pong board exam yung Financial Accounting. :-( I also checked the mandatory subjects for Accountancy at andun naman sya sa course ko tas yung sa iba nasa MBA subjects ko naman.

antayin mo ung ielts result mo before ka mag submit ng skills assessment. ur application may be rejected for not meeting the requirements kun wala kang ielts,

@TimeToExploreAU if they require IELTS before assessment, you need to get the result first. There some occupation who don't require English result like the vetasses assessing body.

Hello po, newbie po me and magtanong lang.. subclass 189 un inaapplyan ko, which is skilled independent.. kakapasa ko lang ng english exam and nasa step na ko ng lodge ng visa.. iniintay pa po ba un invitation nun? may chance ba na di ka bigyan ng invitation? kasi kung magbabayad nako nung 3600 aus$, baka masayang kc in case na di naman ako mabigyan nung invitation.. iniisip ko what if intayin muna un invitation bago magbayad? tama po ba un analogy ko? pakipaliwanagan po ako, maraming salamat!

@paw07 Nakapagpaassess ka na ba sa Assessing Authority ng nominated occupation mo? Pag hindi pa need mo munang paassess at kapag Oo naman, check mo kung yung points mo ay enough para makakuha ka ng invite. Pag may enough points ka gawa ka ng account through skill select. Dun sila nagsesend ng invite. Pag nakakuha ka ng invitation to apply that's the only time na makakapagapply ka for a 189 visa through the immi account naman. Usually, may 2 or sometimes 3 rounds of invitation in a month.

@Cassey, yup na assess and nakuha ko na un points required, tapos na kami bale sa part 1.. Di ko pala nabanggit kaka lodge palang ng agent ko ng EOI. So meaning mag hintay lang muna ko ng invite ng visa, tapos pag may dumating na tsaka palang ako magbayad diba? tama ba?

@paw07 tama magbabayad ka lng once nag lodge ka na ng visa at may invitation kana din noon. masasayang lang ang bayad mo pag na deny kasi mali ang points claim mo. isa lang yun sa factor.
