normally pag nameet mo na 60 points kahit 6 lang english mo, no need to retake pero depende na kasi nagyn kung anong occupation. my suggestion is mag proceed kana muna ng skills assessment with EA since min. 6 lang nmn required then saka mo icheck kun ung occupation ceiling mo ba e ok or not

In connection po sa question ni @Michaelscofield, na 60pts lang talaga kc hindi nakuha 7 sa ielts pero 30pts sa age, 15 sa edu, halimbawa po assessment ni EA is 8 yrs related exp, does DIBP follow po ba sa number of yrs ni EA? Para kasing may nabasa ako na one time DIBP did not follow ni EA..if this happens to us and reason para denied ang visa, eh patay na..sayang bayad..

Ano po ba suggestion niyo? Aim for 7 talaga sa ielts to get additional 10 score? Or ok na 60pts with EA assessment na 8 yrs?

@chehrd actually meron case onetime din na nabsa ko here in forum. ang assessment sa kanya ng assessing body nya is 8 years din. tpos 2 years nya kasi in accountant job at 6 years internal audit. tpos nun dumating sa dibp hindi ni recognize and 2 years nya as accountant na related sa internal audit.internal audit and nominated occupation nya. which is very obvious naman na di talga related. kaya kong sa EA assessment is 8 years for one particular job, I doubt na mag iiba ang assessment ng dibp.

@batman..oo nga eh..kaya worried kami kasi ang current employer ni hubby ay 7yrs and 6 months na siya sa nov which is the month we plan to lodge EA..yung previous niya is 7mos..so aabot xa 8 yrs..we cant wait din for him to reach 8 mos sa current employer kasi mag 33yrs old na siya by then..

@chehrd may nabasa ka ba na case na assessed ng EA at contradicting nmn assessment ng DIBP? kasi yung case na sinasabi ko it was assessed by VETASSESS.

so yung 7 months na first employment and worry nyo. nag provide ba kayo ng detailed job description doon at closely related sa electrical engineer? or obvious na wala masyadong electrical engineer related work. kasi your husband should know kong related ba talaga sya or not.

speaking from my own case. ang previous work ko is accountant. tpos now external audit. hesitant ako na mag accountant kahit alam ko na aabot ng 8 years ang experience ko kasama external audit which is closely related nman sa accountant. kaya nag external audit ako kasi yun talaga malinaw na experience ko at nagbigay ang employer ko g detailed job description. yung sa accountant kasi, more on clerical job lang sya. although I can cater my job description para maging more related sya sa job description ng accountant sa Australia parang natatakot ako kasi ayaw mag biay ng detailed description ang previous employer ko. so walang akong third party proof.

@batman..hindi pa kami nakarequest ng detailed coe..focused pa kc si hubby ngayon sa review and super busy sa work din..sabi ni hubby pag siya gagawa ng job description, pwede naman daw focus niya sa ee para lalabas na related..kaso kung si employer based sa files nila if meron, hindi pa niya alam ano ilalagay nila..

@chehrd my bad, I thought may assessment na si hubby mo. mag papa assess pa lang pala kayo. make sure lang na detailed job description at relevant sa EE job description per ANZSCO.

Mas madaming valid proof of paid employment mas ok. Yung ginagamit mo lang din naman sa skill assessment ang i frontload mo sa immiaccount.

guys,question lang..last requirement ko na yung coe sa current company ko para makapagpa evaluate na ko...pero pano kayo humingi ng coe with jd?sabi kasi ng hr,kailangan ko daw sabhn sa boss ko kaso panigurado magtatanong para saan...ano ginawa nyong reason? salamat sa mga sasagot.

@Ern I told the HR na need ko mag pa member sa isang professional body which was really the truth. so happen that the same COE with detailed job description I used for my assessment for migration. Although tinanong ako ng Manager ko kong para san daw yun kasi pina confirm ng HR sa Manager ko, bago pinapirmahan sa Office manager. Sinabi ko totoo na nag aaply ako ng migration for Australia. Wala nman nagging issue sa kanya. depende din cguro sa employer.
Baka kasi mag random check at I verify sa employer ko kaya I told them the truth.

When is a police certificate required?

If you are over the age of 16 and have lived in any of the countries listed on this page for a total of one year or more in the last 10 years, you must get a police certificate from that country.

The certificate must cover the period of time from the issue date back to the age you ceased to be a minor, or must cover the whole time you were in a country.

For immigration purposes a police certificate is deemed to be valid for 12 months from the issue date.

@Ern , sa akin naman sinabi ko apply ako skill assessment. Ako lang kasi gumawa ng detailed JD ko. Naintindihan na ata nya for migration yon, kasi sabi nya, kung gusto ko pang palakasin yong content, ibalik lang sa kanya at pipirma siya. Mas maganda daw yong mga previous na napirmahan nya. Hahaha.
