kapag malapit sa town centre or city mas mahal. usually naman from $150 to $220++ per week fully furnished including electricity. dipende din kung gagaano kaganda yung bahay din. mas okay kung share accommodation talaga may sarili naman kayo na room eh.. lalo kapag nag sisimula pa lang kayo sa australia. mas practical at makakatipid kayo at makakaipon. fully furnished naman ang kadalasan. Safe naman ang share accomodation dito kasi check talaga ang identity ng mga gusto mag rent. Ang problema lang kapag tamad mag linis ng bahay ang ka share nyo at malakas pa mag salita kahit medyo late na ng gabi. Ma-aasar ka talaga kapag walang paki mag linis ang kasama mo. Ang ka share mo naman kadalasan student or Nagwowork. kapag mag isa pa lang kayo dito sa Australia mag rent muna kayo ng room share accommodation. cheers

interested po ako to rent 1 room sa melbourne.. kasama ko pong officemate kong lalaki will be arriving sept 20,2012 sa melbourne po.. then we will go to sydney by october 4, magstay kami dun ng 2-3 weeks..after that will go back to melbourne unitl dec 20,2012 before umuwi ng Pinas... business short stay visa lang kasi kinuha namain, pinadala kami ng company for deployment sa australia para ipromote mga projects ng company namin
