@nestea nabasa ko po from previous thread regarding yung case nyo. Kailan po kayo naglodge ng stud visa? Subclass 500 po b? Kelangan po ba na may 3 month bank maturity yung funds to show sa immigration? Thankk you po sa info.

@lorche kapag nkapaglodge ka na, hindi na pedeng magpamedicals ahead, you then have to wait for the CO to give you HAP ID. Yung pede lang magpa medicals agad, ay yung hindi pa nakakapaglodge thru the immi accout -'my health declarations.'

Im happy to answer questions po regarding student visa... 3x ako ngparenew ng student visa bago nakakuha ng PR. 1st ko sa Makati IDP, libre naman ang IDP plus they make sure you give the correct documents and can show enough(not fishy) funds. Yun akin dati bank statements + business registration and pictures ng dormitories na business ng family namin.

Yung nakilala ko sa Sydney na may agent na hindi MARA registered, ay sya pa ang tinawagan ng immigration for clarifications regarding kung babalik pa sa Pilipinas. Since November 2011 kasi mas mahirap na ang student visa dahil sa tinatawag nilang Genuine Entrant. Kelangan mapprove mo na mag-aaral ka lng pero babalik din sa bansa mo.

Anyway, ung second and 3rd sa IDP in Sydney pa din ako ngpakuha ng COE, but ako na naglodge online. Ung PR ko ako lng din ng-apply. Dito pla ako na state sponsor sa SA. You might consider studing in Adelaide kasi meron silang supplementary occupationlist na accessible to international students. Meron pa silang high achieving students na tinatawag. You are considered SA international student if you finished 52 weeks of study. How I wish nalaman ko eto bago pa nag-punta dto. Pede po kasi hanap kayo ng nasa SA occupation list, aral ng 52 weeks sa Adelaide, dapat po finished ang qualification.. Tapos pede na mag-apply ng PR visa.

Me, naglodge ako noon july 29. Hinintay ko talaga 7working days after if may mageemail sa akin about getting my medex done pero wala talaga, nada! Yung ginawa ko nlang is clinick ko yung "view my health assessment" tapos doon naman ako binigyan ng hap id and ref letter for medex. So yun, after naman a week getting my hap id nagpamedical na ako. Ngayon naghihintay nlang ako for the grant. God Bless us all!

Yes ganun nga pede nman mg pa health assessment after mglodge..pero nasa website na once you have lodged you shouldn't use my health declarations to get hap id, wait for CO, ang reason ay bka daw mkacause ng delay lalo kasi mhirap malocate hap id..
