I am not satisfied that the proposed qualification in Australia would be of a greater benefit to you than the work experience and qualifications you already hold.
Your proposed course is a lesser qualification than what you have previously attained and you have failed to demonstrate how the course will improve your future employment and remuneration circumstances.
...I have considered the value of the courses to your future. I note that you have failed to demonstrate that your planned study in Australia will assist you to obtain employment or improve your employment prospects in your home country in the future.
Whilst I accept your employment and remuneration may improve due to completion of these course, you have not demonstrated a substantial improvement arising from your proposed study that will outweigh the significant time and monetary commitment this course would require. You also failed to demonstrate how you expect your income to increase in this manner and your information in this regard presented as speculative and not evidence-based."
