@bourne Fill up pa lang nung immiaccount. Kanina umaga ko lang nakuha yung invitation. Mamayang gabi ako mag go through dun sa immiaccount. Parang ang haba

. E kasi kulang pa yung funds ko hihi. Kaya iniisip ko magpay ng visa mga end of the month pa. Natatakot lang ako kasi baka yung ibang documents it will take a while to get. Baka mamaya lumagpas ng Oct 31 hindi ko pa nasubmit yung iba. =(

ahhh.. congrats @mpatrice26! Nung nainvite ako, after a month pa ako naglodge din. Habang nag-aantay ka, handa mo na rin lahat ng kailangang docs. Pwede ka na ring pamedical, kuha ng NBI (kung wala pa), fill up ng form 80.

@mpatrice26 ok lang kahit to follow yung mga ibang documents as long as hindi pa nasisilip ng CO yung application mo. Based on the current trend, CO allocation approximately takes around 10 to 15 working days (on the 2nd or 3rd week post payment). It would be better if you have your documents ready by then to avoid delays in your application.

If ever nasilip ng CO mo yung application tapos let's say wala ka pang requirements (i.e. police clearance, medical), they will give you mga 28 days para i-submit yun kasi usually after 28 days ulit nila sisilipin yung application mo. (Again, this is based on other people's timeline in this forum. Trend lang naman ito, hindi ito yun actual timeline.)

Ang importante lang is dapat yung skills assessment mo and English scores are dated before your invitation date. Grounds for refusal yung mas nauna pa yung invite mo kesa sa skills assessment and english test results.

Hi @rich88. Aling date ang susundin sa Skills assessment date? Magkaiba kasi yung date ng qualifications assessment ko and skilled employment assessment since nag-appeal ako sa employment. Yung date ba na nakalagay sa Migration outcome letter(qualification)? Nag-lodge na ako ng EOI and nilagay kong assessment date is the original outcome letter. However, now ko lang na-receive yung update letter for skilled employment, and of course revised na yung date. No change in points claimed though. Thanks in advance.

@jillpot If I were you, ilalagay ko date nung latest outcome letter sent by your assessing body (EA, CPAA, VETASSESS, ACS, etc).

Share ko lang.. may nabasa na akong ganyang scenario sa kabilang forum. Original date ng result nya from his assessing body was on July 14. Nag re-appeal sya kasi parang may mali ata dun sa occupation at nagkaron ng updated result which was dated August na.

Nung naglodge na sya ng visa, na-question yung part na yun. He was asked bakit mas maaga yung nilagay nyang skills assessment date sa EOI compared sa actual skills assessment date na inupload nya sa immi account.

Hindi ko sure kung ano yung naging outcome ng visa application nya kasi d na sya nag update eh. Sabi ng mga tao sa kanya dun is wag mag alala dahil valid naman yung reason nya. Pero to make things simpler and hassle free on your end, follow the date of the latest outcome letter.

Thanks @rich88. Will update it. Baka magka-problem pa ako later on. This is the reason nga kung bakit ko pina-update yung outcome letter ko eh, mali ang company name. Yun nga lang, mag-change ang DOE ko, pro-rated pa naman occupation ko, mauusog lalo sa pila.
