Migrating Dependent or Non Migrating Dependent

my invitation to lodge will expire soon pero wala pa rin passport ang baby ko na kapapanganak lang. alam nio naman sa pilipinas matagal na proseso ang pagpaparegister sa NSO at pagpapagawa ng passport. Sa tingin nio mas ok ba na isama ko muna ang baby ko sa Non Migrating dependent and then i lodge ko na bago maexpire? Required ba ang Non migrating dependent na mag medical exam kahit new born? sana may makatulong sa tanong ko. thanks.

you can still lodge and include your baby in the appication. If i remember it correctly, may questionnaire dun na 'if your wife is pregnant....'

if you include your baby in the application you only need to pay around $300aud, but if you apply later after your visa is granted then that will cost you around $1800aud.

non migrating dependents are not required to undergo medical unless you include them later in the application process. (but in my case newborn babies were not asked to undergo medical exam)

ang bilis naman ma expire ng invitation ngaun? kala ko its upto 90 days?

antagal kasi bago maprocess ang NSO at bago marelease ang passport. required kasi sa online questionare ang passport ng migrating dependent. ang pede lang ileave na blank ay passport ng non migrating dependent. iniiip ko, ilodge na lang muna ang application then inform ko na lang sa CO na ililipat ko ang baby ko sa migrating dependent kasi lumabas na passport nia.

ilan months ang baby mo noong ininclude mo sia? ung akin wala pa 1 month.

buntis si misis nung nag submit kami ng application.. tapos mabait yung CO eh, sabi nya hintayin nya daw mag karoon ng documents si baby para isama na sa application para no additional fees..na "ON HOLD'' yung application namin for atleast 4 months from (July to Nov).

once makumpleto namin yung papers ni baby at ma attached online, next day lumabas yung grant namin. wala si baby sa online immi account ko..bale lahat ng records nya nasa system lang ng department.

hindi na nirequire mag medical si baby? sana pede ko irequest na wala na medical si baby kasi wala pa sia 1 month ngaun.

wala na medical si baby siguro dahil dito sya pinanganak at meron na syang ehealth records.

Hi! I think I have the same case with you. naglodge na po ko ng visa application, pero si mrs preggy pa sya, ndi pa sya nakakapag x-ray... pero waiting pa kami ng CO.

it means po na after manganak ni misis, iapply na c baby ng passport then additional dependent po? then sabay na rin submit ng medicals nila... sa case nyo po ba $300aud lang binayad nyo?

@Envy hello po does this still apply non-migrating dependents not required to take medical examinations? In my case po kasi i have lodged 190 skilled visa application thanks
