Hi,

Regarding your question, wala namang tumawag sa employer ko or baka hindi nila sakin sinabi na tinawagan sila. Ako mismo ang tinawagan ng VETASSESS one week after I lodged my application and interviewed me regarding my current responsibilities and some mining operations- related questions.

Ung COE/ Statement of Service ko po is not really that detailed (basic info lang like period of employment, compensation, hours worked in a week and major duties lang). Althought, I highlighted the responsibilities na common sa current role ko dun sa description nung Production Manager sa ANZSCO. Then yung Job Description po separate na file ko siyang inupload, including the Table of Organization (since Managerial ung role).

Hi guys,

I want to ask regarding the VETASSES requirements for the skill assessment.

I already had the 3 work cert from my 3 previous companies and I can easily ask one for my current employer.

Questions:

-Im planning to make self statutory declaration regarding my job details for all my 4 companies(with supporting standard COE only with landline & email/physical address, notarized, no payslip for my 2 companies in the Philippines) (my 2 companies from UAE and Qatar, I can provide them payslip) (All the COE or work exp are legit, nothing to hide, thay can call the nos.anytime)

Is this plan (self statutory declaration) enough for VETASSES? (I can support my 2 COE from my prev 2 companies in the Phil with pictures, training certifications, etc.)

-Is it possible to ask a lawyer to notarize these 4 sets of self stat declaration for my 4 COE?
For how much?

Please recommend a lawyer that can do this for me. Marikina is our place in the Philippines.

Are the roles from the four companies that you are trying to be assessed in all closely-related to the occupation that you are nominating? And are those four roles within the last ten years?

If so, you may include the responsibilities in your CV instead of creating another Statutory Declaration since you said that you already have Certificates of Employment for all four companies.

IMO, the Statutory Declaration is only necessary if you do not have Certificate of Employment/ Statement of Service, wherein you have to provide other proofs of employment like ITR, payslips, and Table of Organization / Job Descriptions.

Good news, I was glad to know na pwede pala mag-renew ng Vetassess skilled migration assessment as I have been in communications with SKILLS RECOGNITION GENERAL OCCUPATIONS officer. I got my positive assessment with expiry on April 24, 2014. Has anyone experienced renewal? Tia!

Since Post-2010 na ang assessment mo and if wala nman ikaw additional na experience na ipapadagdag, pwede kang magrequest for Re-issue ng assessment and AUD 80 lang ang cost nito.

-It is not closely-related - my job and roles from all those four companies are exactly the job description in the CSOL. (599915)

-Yes, I have the 4 COE from 4 Companies, but as I understand - the job details must be included in the COE, otherwise you have to make a STATUTORY DECLARATION, approved by your superior (sup or mgr) with stamp or notarized. (correct me if im wrong and unless there were changes with these requirements)

If stat declaration is still needed for that job details, where will I get it notarized, here in Qatar or in the Philippines?

Ok, now I understand your predicament. In my case, my current employer was able to input all my duties, working hours and compensation in one document. Would it be possible for your current employer to do that?

If not, then I believe the Statutory Declaration is really necessary. Regarding that however, I cannot give you an advise as I did not do a Stat Dec for this application.

For the documents, I think VETASSESS changed rules starting January 2015 that it is no longer needed to CTC the supporting documents and just send them clear copies (which is exactly what I did and still got assessed positively).

@Jaehaerold thank you ! Would you have any view regards to previous company had shut down and for this reason i am not able to obtain the work reference or COE. Nonetheless like in my case, even if i would not include this one of 3 additional jobs, i still get add'l points for gaining more than 8 years relevant work exp.

Hi guys, meron po ba sa inyo nagpaassess lately para sa Graphics Designer? Baka po pwede humingi ng tips para sure na magpositive. Im asking po para sa friend ko na plan magpa assess. Last time kase nagpassess na cya but negative, based sa letter masyado daw broad yung scope na nasa coe. baka po pwede makahiram ng template nyo sa coe

and another thing, hindi din related yung course nya sa graphics, me idea ba kayo how many years ang ibabawas sa experience kung sakali? TIA!

Good evening po, ask ko lang po ang request po kasi ng additional docs ang Vetassess (after 5wks lodgement) kelang po ng detailed COE paano ko po i attached yung file same lang po dun sa document upload nung una? wala na pong bang link pa? then paano po sila mano-notify after I uploaded?

@jhazz01 nice bumibilis na ang vetassess ngayon. Meron officer na nag email sayo db? Pwede mo din i-reply dun yung attachment and then upload mo din dun sa vetassess account mo.

Hi has anyone tried having their negative assessment reviewed or reassessed and gained a positive outcome after? Ano po yung additional documents that could help? I initially nominated const. Proj. Manager, architecture graduate with 3 years experience as project architect (design and build). Sa negative assessment ko ang response is hindi highly relevant yung employment ko kasi more on project design kaso we really do manage the construction side din sa role ko i specifically highlighted tasks on construction management. Sa qualification ok nama kasi equivalent to aqf. Yun nga lang hindi daw hughly relevant sa nominated occupation po. I can have it reviewed or reassessed within 99 days. Any help would be really nice

@pc3 kung CPM ka kasi dapat may mga hawak kang tao na reflected sa organisational chart at directly involved talaga as project manager. hindi kaya mas ok na project builder ka kesa CPM?

@pc3 hi tama si @engineer20 pag managerial role naghahanap sila ng organisational chart to prove your role as a manager.

We experienced negative assessment din from vetassess then nag file kami ng re assessment pero ang issue samin is naghanap sila ng stronger evidence ng ni claim namin na nominated occupation at first kasi nag submit lang kami Statutory Declaration for the detailed job description and chart. Then nag submit kami with company support at detailed explanation ng job role as a Facilities Manager then finally praise Jesus at na approve and we received positive assessment.

Pwede ka naman mag tanong dun sa CO mo sa vetassess ng advise muna bago ka mag file ng reassessment ganun kasi ginawa namin nag seek kami advice on how we can possibly receive a positive assessment and then based sa advise nila we assessed on ourselves din if achievable then alam namin na kaya kaya inayos namin docs na needed and then nag file na kmi mas matagal nga lang ang processing time inabot ng 17 weeks bago namin na receive result ang normal application kasi mga 12-13 weeks lang pero ayos lang worth the wait naman.

@engineer20 hi, i was confused between the 2 din kasi same yung description and usually mas associated to ce or contractors yung builder so i chose cpm kasi madalas din kapag hindi nag hire ng pm, usually yung architect nagigung cpm especially since design-build yung office namin. I will ask my CO kung ano advise nila. Ang hirap sa architectural related na occupation, halos lahat wala na
