Pinoy QS approved by AIQS, is possible?

Hi all,
Gusto ko lang malaman kung may recent ba na nag apply ng QS and na approved ng AIQS? Ung agent ko nag advise na dapat daw is QS graduate ako for this path, kaso sa Philippines wala naman QS course and its not advisable to take it for me.
Any advise?
