    @aug88 no need to scan and attach ang passport pages na may tatak, but you need to declare all trips including yung mga one-day trips lang (eg. SG-JB).

    Hi All, update ko ulit kayo. Hiningan ako ng CO ng form 815 last week. Nakitaan kasi ako ng latent tb nung 2014 pero went through the chemoprophlaxis last year for 6 months. Sinabi ko yan sa CO kaya ako hiningan ng form 815. Dahil kasi yan me primary complex ako nung bata pa ako. Hindi ko naman alam na TB bacteria rin pala yun haha. Magkaiba kasi ng name e..toink.

    Anyway, status as of today. Cleared na lahat ng health assessment namin. Kasama na yung bunso k. Hayz...inhale exhale...

    Back to waiting. =)

    @mpatrice26 if previous timeline patterns are correct, dapat today or Tom may grant ka na..I reviewed most of CO contacted na naapprove, the grant date was after 28 days after lodging.. Sakin pag wala pa nov2 magfollowup na ako since ang binigay na deadline ng CO ko is till Nov 2 :) hopefully may madagdag magrant na satin batch septmeber
