Mga batchmates na applying from Singapore. Ask ko lang kung ano yun isusulat "Appeal for Police Clearance" kase nung tinignan ko yun form, apparently kelangan pa gumawa ng "letter of appeal" bago kay makapag-apply for clearance. Any thoughts or advise? Salamat!

@aug88. hindi ko sure if mandatory yung contact details. Ako naglagay ako kahit na Sydney yung relative ko tapos kami naman target is Brisbane. May friend ka ba na andun na? kahit ibang state sila ok lang ilagay basta may way lang sila malaman yung contact details mo pag andun ka na.

@DFVille hi in 5 months pa nmn matagal pa i think mauna mong marecive yung approval ng SS mo bago ka mag birthday. Once approved na SS mo automatic maka receive ka ng ITA from DIBP pag na invite ka na locked na yung points mo. Safe ka na.

@marcatordido sir, I just put straightforward "we are applying for permanent residence in Au and the dibp was requesting for police clearance as character ref blahblah blah" not in the Form of letter though then I mentioned my dependent also (including their FIN), the next day, approved na eappeal..

@StarJhan sana nga hindi na nila paabutin ng max 12 weeks...medyo worried lang ako sa age ko eh kasi 10 pts ang mawawala if worst comes to worse.

@marcatordido Pag nakapaglodge ka na ng visa, yung acknowledgement letter pwede mo na isubmit sa COC as supporting document. Tapos yung reason for taking gaya ng sabi nila lagay mo lang nag apply ka ng AU visa.

After mga 1-2 days makakarecieve ka na naapprove na yung appeal mo then magfafile ka naman ng appointment.

we still applied Visa EON debit card from Unionbank tho we knew na limit is 100k. pero ang sabi namin sa bank was may kakilala kami na pinayagan more than 100k, bakit kami hindi..at first hindi talaga pumayag, pero in the end, naging ok naman...be insistent lang talaga..hehehe..
they let us sign a form, tapos sabi activated after 24 hrs..but hindi pa namin na-try kasi hindi pa kami nakapag-lodge ng visa..hehehe..

Please help.. the Bermuda police refuse my application to get a police clearance from their Dept. My question is this- does anyone been granted to get a visa, even the company/s statement of good conduct and Police clearance has been refuse. May proof naman po ako n ndi ako mkkpgprovide ng cert n hinihinge nila. Slamat po s sasagot.

@engineer20 for certain facts i dont reside in bermuda i have no address. I dont have any identification in their database and mostly not bermuda citizen or residence. My case ksi im ex-seaman working on a cruiseship and the ship is registered in bermuda. So ung CO is asking for bermuda police clearance.

@pinoysg ito kasi requirement pag sa barko ang work:

"What if I have been working on a ship?
If you have spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years working for the same employer on a merchant ship, cruise ship, private yacht or oil rig, you should request a police certificate from the relevant authority in the country under whose flag the ship sails, or country of ownership of the rig.
You will also need to provide a letter or statement of good conduct from the ship’s captain or company attesting to your character. The letter should include the vessel’s name, the job you had while on the ship or rig and the start and finish dates of employment."

@MayoMay in my case I used my BDO credit card though short ako ng credit limit, I overpaid it to increase its "Active Credit limit"

@engineer20 yes po. Alam ko po un. Kaso nga ung manning agency ko ndi tlg cl ngbibigay ng statement of good conduct. So the only proof ko lng usapan nmin ng manager ko dti n ndi cl ngbibigay. Then for reference ng CO bngay ko din ung name/number/company/ ng manager ko. About s police clearance refuse nga cl at ndi daw ako residence dun. So ang proof ko lng din usapan nmin ng police officer n ndi nga ako pde at bibigyan ako ng refusal lettet n hnihintay ko pdin. So un nga po ang tanong ko. Even i have proof that i cant provide the certificate. My rejection/denied visa po b? Salamat po s mga sasagot

@pinoysg you need to explain it to your CO with proofs like email conversation or rejection lettter for PCC application and good conduct statement. nasa CO na kung bibigyan ka nila ng waiver.

@pinoysg may nabasa ako n pwede mag stat declaration then sign cya ng Australian embassy kung wlang PCC. Try mo ask c CO mo baka pwede. May nbasa n din ako sa ibang batch n ganyan ginawa di ko lang tanda kung May o June batch.

@mehawk28 what do you mean stat declaration signe by australian embassy. Ang sken kc s liblib ng mundo ko kinuha ung police refusal certificate. At wala dun australian embassy. Pero un nga nsa agent ko nlng ang lht ngyun pinass ko nmn n lht ng papers and documents proof i try to contact or ask for certificate. Sna lng spat n un ky CO. @ms.dee_celestiel be ready nlng po s police clearance ng husband nyo. Sken kc ngulat ako at s bermuda p tlg.
