Hello everyone,

Pa advice naman po ako sa mga magagandang Universities to take Bachelor of Nursing sa Melbourne. Deakin is one of my choices pero ang mahal ng tuition fee nila. Feb 2017 is $31,000++ Kung may idea po kayo pa share naman po.

Hi Guys, i would like to ask any suggestions on what school/University to enroll for a conversion course? I am looking for a state that has low cost of living and low tuition fee for the conversion course for a year to become an AU RN, i am a RN here in the Philippines with more than 3 years, hospital experience as a Nurse. Hello @Calie24 try Victoria University, wala silang conversion program and u have to study nursing for 2 years. Pro sila ang my pinkamababa na tuition sa mga napagtanungan ko.. $11,500/sem

@Calie24 BACHELOR OF NURSING. Meron din nmang mga universities na and conversion program eh 1 year lang.

@Eegie @Calie24 Pag conversion, kahit na mas mahal sa Deakin 1 yr lang ang duration while for other universities 2 yrs yung kanila, that's why my hubby opted for Deakin Uni.

@Cassey @Eegie, thank you sa suggestions, nag inquire Na ako sa Deakins University, around 30k AUD yung 1 year tuition fee. Tapos 15k AUD per Sem. Tanong ko Lang Kung makakaya ba Na ipunin yung tuition fee for the second sem Kung Kami nang wife ko ang mag tatrabaho sa OZ kahit Na part time Lang ako? Or kelangan parin nang own fund Na galing dito sa pinas?

@Calie24 oo nga ang mhal ng tuition sa deakin. Pra pa makakuha ng coe dpt half nun bayaran m, pti insurance dn.. Though optional nmn un kng sknla ka kkuha. About sa work wala ako idea eh. Planning to study feb 2017. Keep in touch kng plan m dn nxt year bka classmate tau.

@Eegie Yes, Plano ko talaga na mag enroll din for the Feb. 2017 intake, hopefully mag kitakita tayo don? alam mo ba yung deadline for submission kung kelan? by the way, nasa OZ ka na ba ngayon? o sa pinas pa?

@giant thank you sa suggestion, Na search ko yung school Kaya Lang Di Nila inoffer yung course this year. Nag inquire Na rin ako. By the way, matanong ko Lang, me ka kilala KA Na nag enroll sa school Na yan? Tingin ko 2 years yung duration nang studies Nila?

@Eegie Just to inspire you, Nurse na si hubby rito sa Australia, PR na rn kami at nadala na rin namin yung daughter namin dito.

@Calie24 Kailangan ng outside funds,base sa experience namin medyo mahirap maipon yun pag part time lang. May chance naman kayong makapagfull time work during school holidays. Pinakamurang nakuha naming OSHC pala is sa Allianz.

@Calie24 Graduate ng Deakin si hubby,

1yr conversion course din. 3yrs na kami rito. Nagaral muna si hubby ng Aged Care rito kaso dahil walang pathway to PR kaya nag conversion course siya ng nursing. Mabilis lang naman basta tuluy tuluyin lang yung pagaaply to PR.

@Calie24 oo ssma ko na husband ko pag pnta ko dun. Same tau my 6.5 dn ako sa ielts, sa deakin kelangan nila 7 ang lhat mg modules. So ktulad ko my 6.5 kelngan ko mg aral ng english course for 5 weeks. Starting ng english course ay sa january 5. Orientation for Nursing is feb 20 tpos start ng course ay 6 march. Ikaw ba, sama m ndn aswa mo?

@Eegie Hi Eegie! I was just wondering kung nakapag lodge ka na ng application in Thailand? My cousin is based there din kasi and is thinking of doing in nalang din sa Thailand.
