@Princess8 pwede na mag-medical. Click mo yung View Health Assessment, then Organize Health Assessment, fill-up mo yung form, then mag generate yan ng Referral Letter with HAP id. Print mo yan, then make an appointment to a panel clinic.

Sorry for another question. For my wife as dependent, do I still need to submit her employment docs like COE? Or enough na yung EMI w/ Diploma and TOR?
I got confused on the partner skills on the document checklist but I haven't assessed here skills for our points so my understanding is no need for her employment documents?

@ITguy ung CEMI w/ diploma&TOR is enough. no need ung COE ng wife mo unless nagclaim kayo ng points for her skills sa EOI nyo. Visa lodging na ba kyo? basta ang mga documents lng na dapat i-upload ay ung mga supporting docs for your points claimed in your EOI. naka-lock na kc ung points nyo once may ITA na kayo.

@ITguy hello! eepal lang.. Ako dependent ng husband ko, ito yung docs na pinahanda and pinasa namin. Based kami dito sa SG kaya may pass na hinanap sa amin and SGCoC, you might want to prepare it na para frontload lahat ng docs.

1. Passport photo - scanned or electronic - light and plain background
2. Birth certificate (certified true copy)
3. Passport biodata page (certified true copy)
4. Marriage certificate (certified true copy)
5. Most updated CV
6. G Pass (colour scan, front and back, no need to be certified true copy)
7. Singapore Certificate of Clearance (CoC) (colour scan, no need to be certified true copy).
8. NBI clearance (colour scan, no need to be certified true copy)
9. Certificate of English as a Medium of Instruction and transcript of records (certified true copy)

And just like what @Anino78 mentioned, since ikaw lang yung magkeclaim ng points sa EOI, yung mga COE mo lang yung mga kailangan isubmit.

HI, question sa immiaccount. After ba nung 17pages maeedit ko pa yun? Di ko pa kasi naiinput yung employment details ni husband. Nag no muna ako sa employment history nya. Required yun kahit not claiming for partner point no?

@tweety11 yes, you can edit it anytime, as long as di pa sya submitted. Required ang employment history ng husband, even if not claiming partner points.

Hellow po, sorry for another question naconfuse lang po.
Asking this for the benefit of many narin. Review ko lang what docs needed to be Certified True Copy and not. Below are my understanding, please correct

Docs needed for CTC:
Birth Cert, Marriage Cert, Passport, COE w/ JD, Diploma, TOR, ACS result letter, PTE result letter, NBI clearance

No CTC needed: Form 80, Form 1221, CV, Payslips?

@ITguy in my case, all my submitted docs are all colored scans only, no CTC. Of course Birth Cert and Marriage Cert are NSO copies.

I am not sure on this since both my dependent kids are below 18.

From DIBP website:

Eligible child

To include a child as migrating with you in your visa application, the child must:
•be your child or a stepchild from a current or a previous relationship (in certain circumstances);
•not be married, engaged to be married, or have a de facto partner; and must be: 1. under 18 years of age
or
2. over 18 years of age but not yet turned 23, and be dependent on you or your partner
or
3. over 23 years of age and be unable to earn a living to support themselves due to physical or cognitive limitations and be dependent on you or your partner (Note: The child will still need to meet Australia’s health requirement)
or
4. a dependent child of a child who is eligible under 1, 2 or 3 above.

Your child or stepchild is considered to be dependent if they continue to be wholly or substantially reliant on you for their basic needs (food, clothing and shelter). Acceptable documents that can show a parent-child relationship include:
• a certified copy of each child’s birth certificate
or
• a certified copy of adoption papers.

Some visas require that the child has never been married or in a de facto relationship.

Folks, regarding sa website ng SG COC for filing an appeal.. What mode of login did you choose? They have two options there and I'm not sure if I chose the correct one.

Singapore Permanent Resident
LOGIN VIA SINGPASS

Non-Singapore Citizens
LOGIN VIA FIN

I chose the first one dahil my Singpass naman ako.. Kaso dapat ata yung 2nd option pinili ko? It's been 4 days but I have not yet received any notification from their office.

@ecabacis either way will work naman ata, pero in my case, dun sa 2nd option ako nag-login. Tawag ka na to follow-up. Nung ako, nung tumawag ako dun pa lang nila tiningnan ang application ko, antagal ko naghintay kay auntie sa phone, kasi ni-check nya pa lahat ng docs ko, then straight away approval.
