    nag-ask ako ano kulang bakit hindi Prof EE..(my point is pag Draftsperson kasi Diploma lang i-award niya sa education hindi Bachelor)

    @mugsy27 ahh buti pa sa official nio complete details. nirequest ko sa HR dito kung pwede isama lahat ng details. di raw pwede kasi me format sila. kaya walang JD.

    nirequest ko nalang na magbigay ako ng JD. tapos iprint nila sa letterhead. then ako nalang papapirma sa boss ko. payag naman.

    tanggapin ba to ng EA?.. COE without JD signed by HR, plus JD on letterhead signed by manager?

    @jrang lambingin mo ng konte ung HR nyo hahaha...ung saken kc ako mismo nag draft ng CoE ... tpos pinasa ko sa HR .. mas prefer ng EA na me JD saka me letter head ng company... hingi ka ng letter galing sa HR na standard CoE lang binibigay nila w/o JD... tpos draft ka ng sarili mong CoE tpos pa pirma mo sa manager mo

    kinausap ko na sir HR namin. standard talaga daw sila. tsaka ang JD ay manager ang naglalagay.

    dun sa suggest nio sir na magdraft ng sariling COE, kahit hindi yun nakaletterhead?

    @jrang kung walang JD yung COE mo, pwede ka gumawa ng statutory declaration tapos pirma yung manager mo. Kahit di yun nakacompany letterhead pero kailangan ipanotary.

    @jrang pwede isang Option mo kahit isang COE lang gamitin mo, yung pirmado ng Manager mo na may main duties, isama mo nalang doon yung position tsaka employment date. As long na comply mo yung requirements ni EA na letter head and contact no. etc. tingin ko wala maging problem.. Ganyan kasi ginawa ko, dalawa yung binagay saken na COE from my previous company. Yung isa walang job description sign by HR, yung isa naman ako ang nagdraft base sa format ng EA na may signature ng Department Manager... Goodluck..

    months of experience are also credited ng EA right? on my situation, 6months ako sa first job.. then for example 2 years and 6months sa current job.. they will consider it 3years? both are related to my course.

    sa EA assesment, need pa po ba yung employee reference ng previous employers ko? For example if naka 3 nako na engineering related works, need ko pa po kumuha ng 3 employee references? Thank you in advance :)

    @tweety11 , @mugsy27 maraming salamat! Ok lang kaya magEOI na 60 points lang? We are still waiting for our IELTS remarking -- sobrang tagal na! Sabi 8-10 weeks, pero nung nagfollow up kami this week (11th week), inaabot na raw ng 12 weeks. Kelan kaya ang next invitation rounds? May chance kaya na mainvite kami kahit 60 points lang? Or should we wait for IELTS remarking result?

    @towbee ok lang naman magEOI na kahit 60pts. Atleast nakapila na. Update mo na lang pag lumabas na remarking mo at di ka pa nakakareceive ng invite. Normally evey 14days ang invitation round.

    @macman Sa EA kasi pwedeng standard CDR lang pwede ding may kasamang releavant skilled employment (RSE). Kung magRSE ka, kailangan ng employee reference ng lahat ng related experience mo. You can check MSA booklet :)

    @mugsy27 : telecom engineer (263311). Palagay mo magsubmit na kami kahit wala pa yung remarking? Magkakaissue ba yun sa EOI kapag inupdate namin? Sabagay ok lang naman basta di pa naiinvite, right?
