@jrang one day lang.. actually 3 hours lang ata .... pero nung nag exam ako 11.15am palang ata tpos nako.. usually ung sched is 9-12pm or 1-4pm, lenient sila sa lahat....

@thatbadguy recommended ng EA na in PDF. Meron ako isang naka jpg pero yung picture yun, the rest PDF. Not sure lang kung magkakaproblema kung nakajpg lahat

@tweety11 tapos na po ako IELTS nung 19.. waiting results nalang. sana nga 7 din.
pagbubutihan nalang sa PTE kung sakaling di umabot.hehe

ah ok @mugsy27 .. kung magkulang sa points. tsaka ko po cacareerin yang PTE. sana maging ganian din score ko sa inyo idol at isang take lang.

Guyz,

Need your help regarding Certificate of Employment. Yung issued CoE ng HR ay simpleng duration date at salary lang and mukhang mahihirapan ako mag-request ng bago dahil resigned 4 years ago pa.

Any one who is/was in this situation now or before? TIA!

@cacophony IELTS lang po tinatanggap ni EA. Yung PTE for migration purpose to claim points in English. Mas maraming nagsasabi na madali ang PTE compared with IELTS maraming di naka 7.0 sa IELTS na nakapagclaim ng 20pts. because of PTE. Education and skilled employment lang po ang inaassess ni EA at hindi din po sya nagrereward ng points for migration. Si EA po ay nagbibigay ng opinion (assessment) authorized ng DIBP kasi pag nagclaim po kayo ng points sa skillselect for example sa education and skilled employment, yung claim po ninyo ay dapat supported with assessment form assessing authority like EA for most of Engineers po. sana po nakatulong... Goodluck. 60 pts po for 189 and 55 naman po sa state nomination.. pero matumal po invite for now. ano po ba nominated job ninyo?

@dorbsdee Now I get it. Kaya po ako nagtataka kung bakit may PTE madalas sa engineers dito para pala yun sa pag claim ng additional points. Ang alam ko rin po EA recognizes TOEFL for English competency. Ano po mas madali sa dalawa IELTS or TOEFL? And if ever ang EA din po ba ang nagrerecommend for state nomination, say 55 points lang po kayo and you need additional 5 points? Mechanical engineer po yung nominated job ko pero my current job since the past 4 years is technical design of 3 phase industrial motors. You think related po kaya yun sa mechanical engineering? While waiting po for my 5th year here sa company I'm gathering info and docs na rin para pasa po agad sa EA.

@cacophony hindi po ako nakapagtry ng TOEFL. hindi din po nagrerecommend ang EA for state nomination. Yung skilled employment nyo po kung mechanical engineering po ang ipapaassess nyo dapat match po sya dito sa ANZSCO kasi yan po basis ng EA sa assessment:

Finally, after 9 days na pabalik-balik kay EA (kasi Diploma lang i-award sa akin), may outcome na din ako!

honestly bro, malapit na din talaga ako mag-give-up..pati reference letter ko nga pina-revised, detailed daw..when i checked, detailed naman except wala email add ng HR..salamat pala @towbee ..

tanong lang @MikeYanbu , may idea ka ba by how many ang increase ng Engineering Technologist every month in relation sa occupation ceiling? I-check ko kasi if makakaabot pa ako if ever I get invited sa Dec 23 pagkatapos ko mag-take ng PTE..

try mo gumawa ng CoE mo with job description and pakiusapan mo na na baka pwede pirma na lang sila. Kasi most of the time ang HR walang ready na job description kaya di na nag eeffort pero kng magprisinta ka ikaw na gagawa baka mapapayag mo. Gawin ginawa ko sa mga CoE's ko ako na gumawa pinabasa and pirma na lang sa kanila.

@chehrd pagkareceive ko ng positive outcome from EA the next day nag book ako ng PTE exam then nag start na ko mag review, nood nood sa youtube and basa basa nung mga materials dito sa forum. nag avail din pala ko nung mock exam sa pearson para alam ko expect ko sa exam day.

@dorbsdee Thanks po. Bali yung state nomination sino po nagbibigay nun? According po dun sa page one of the tasks include "designing mechanical equipment, machines, components, products for manufacture, and plant and systems for construction" so I guess my job is related to the ANZSCO code for mechanical engineering. Ang process po ba ng skilled independent is EA assessment > Skillselect > Lodge visa? Sa Skillselect po ba kailangan yung PTE for extra points?
