@chi1234 Bank statements, SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig contributions. Anything you can think of as a proof na those years you claimed sa EOI is paid employment.

But still I wouldn't say that these are sufficient though. Pero try mo lang at isama mo na lahat ng pede isama to support your claims.

@pamskut817 If hindi naman kayo naghahabol ng Direct Grant, ok lang naman na di agad isama mga docs. I guess at least a week pa bago silipin ni CO ang visa application nyo. You have ample time to upload the necessary docs. Bonus pa is nakabakasyon ang mga CO these past few days because of the holidays.
In my opinion, ok lang din naman na isinama mo mga kids. From what I know, ipapamedical mo din naman ata sila basta dineclare mo sila kahit na they are not migrating with you. Not sure about this though..nabasa ko lang din na ganun. Let's wait what other members will have to say.
Scanned colored originals will do. May iba nga may kasamang black and white original scanned pero na-grant din naman. I guess depende kung gaano ka-strict si CO.

If I may ask, what type of visa application did you applied for? Kasi if GSM visas like 189 and 190, di naman required magpresent ng proof of funds like bank statement and land titles.

Hello everyone! I'm an IE applying for visa 189. Would just like to ask about the points I can get for English proficiency. What if my overall band score is 8, but I only got 7 in writing? Does this mean I only get 10 points instead of 20? Thank you po.

@HeyThereMaddie you will get 10 pts. All bands(LRSW) should be 8 to achieve 20 pts.

guys, question lang po. I have read na kailangan ipa medical ang anak ko even hindi siya kasama sa application.

right now my son is living with his mom. and sometimes nahirapan ako makita siya due to some misunderstanding with my ex wife.

paano kung mahihirapan ako ipa medical yung son ko, ano iba option? pwede ko ba hindi ideclare siya as dependent sa application? please advise. thank you.

Hi Sir,

Clarification lang, hindi niyo isasama sa application yung anak niyo? If hindi, I think hindi niyo naman kelangan ipa medical.

But lets wait for others na may knowledge about your situation.

hindi po isasama sa application. i have read kasi na need ipamedical din even hindi kasama sa application. im thinking ano option in case nasa part na ako need magpa medical then im having a hard time (misuderstanding with ex wife) mapa medical siya (dependent).

@saolmatt kahit di kasama sa application dapat declared as dependent. and yes required na mag undergo ng medical either migrating or not.

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to seek your advice on this matter -

I received last night 9:30PM ITA for 189. Then around 1PM today, I received an email from Victoria state that my application for SS has been granted. Now, I have 2 ITAs, my priority is 189. What should I do with 190? Shall I email Victoria state or let the ITA to be expired?

@SAP_Melaka on my case kasi I don't put my parents as my dpendent kasi self supporting sila. ang understanding ko lang is yung dpendent mo migrating or not ang need medical din. like wife and kids.

mag 189 ka na lng no restriction to which state to settle down.

@SAP_Melaka hindi naman necessarry na ideclare ang parents as dependent kung di mo naman isasama sa application. For your 190 ITA, hayaan mo na lang hehe. Ganun ginawa nung iba.

mga bro hingi lang ako advice sa evidence of relevant employment. I have already worked in 3 companies (including current work). Yung first and current company lang yung nakakuha ako ng documents submitted to ACS. Yung 2nd company ko hindi ako nakakuha ng necessary docs kaya hindi ko na sinama sa ACS.

I received ITA yesterday and now on the process of visa lodging, I assume hindi ko na i-submit yung supporting docs ko sa 2nd company (like payslip, contract, promotion, etc.) since hindi naman ito nakasama sa assessment ng ACS ko dati. Or isasama ko na din ba sa visa lodging ko?

@BeroMoves you can put it in the application, pero you can indicate na you will not be getting a points for that company.. parang may part kasi sa form 80 indicating na kung may mga lagtaw ng months or years na wala ka work, kelangan mo explain yung details..not sure, pero confirm mo nalang pag nafill up ka ng form80. good luck sir!

Why not obtain a CEMI? Seems cheaper than getting assessed through PTE.

@cpa_oct2011 pede naman. pero dpat assessing body mo mag kaiba. kasi sa CPAA pag nag pa assess ka sa accountant tpos nag pa assess ka afterwards sa external auditor yung unang assessment considered void na.

Concerning proof for de-facto – should the testimony from friends/family be notarized? Or signed testimony plus proof (eg. pictures together + any proof of identification like passport) will suffice? If anyone could share their experience, I highly appreciate it.

@SAP_Melaka according sa friend ko na nkoag defacto, dpat mdami dw evidences. like joint bank account for at least 12 months, bills of same address to prove you're living togeher, travel tickets na same kayo. the more the better. we've been together with my partner for 6 years but did not live together kasi di maxado uso live in samin. so we are going to opt for a simple marriage.

Iba po ba yung Victoria State Nomination (for 489) and EOI?

And could please someone clarify this? Copied from liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au

"If you have registered your EOI on SkillSelect and you are nominated by the Victorian Government, you will automatically receive an invitation to apply, subject to occupation ceilings."

Meaning pag meron na positive nomination, lodge lang ng EOI but sure na ma invite na?
