@aisleandrow Yes po. 6mos waiting for invite! Planning to take up PTE ako nung nagsend sila ng invite saken.

Depende kasi sa nominated Occupation mo. Yung kasabayan kong isa, electrical tech, almost 2weeks lang ata pinag-antay nya, may invite na.

@aisleandrow ang invite lang sakin is State Nomination...nag lodge ako ng State Nomination Application last Dec 7...once approve, automatic ITA un.., pero na invite din ako sa 189 nung Dec 21... kaya drop ko na NSW

What are the needed documents/proofs for de-facto? We're almost 3.5 yrs but not living together since I'm working overseas. Appreciate any inputs. Thank you!

@jiomariano Same tyo ng occupation. Nakapagpa-assess ka na ba sa EA? How about PTE? I'm afraid if you only have 60pts at this time, you will not be invited kc nagtaas sila ng cutoff points. As of Dec21 round, 65pts ang kailangan to be invited. Bumaba na yan kc nung Nov23 & Dec7 rounds tumaas sa 70pts (please refer to the for the summary)

If ever ibaba nila ulet sa 60pts ang cutoff then the ITA for you would be within reach again. However, anyone who lodged an EOI who has 70 points or above will jump the queue.

There are 208 slots left as of December 2017 and there are 12 more ITA rounds until 30 June 2017, then it would mean that only 17 (more or less) ITAs are being issued for our occupation group 2335 – remember this includes Mechanical Engineer and Production Engineers also. Wala pa yung update for the Jan4 round so for sure nasa 190+ nlang ang remaining slots.

Medyo matindi na ang competition ngayon. Kaya ako I'm still aiming to get the additional pts from PTE.

My partner's highest educ is from TESDA (2 yrs. technical course) - I just wanted to know what is the equivalent AQF standards of this? Thank you!

@2pe Planning to submit yung documents ko to EA end of January. 8.5 overall IELTS ko kaso 7.5 lang sa writing, tried remarking pero olats. Will look into PTE if yun ang only way to get 70 pts.

I had no idea na ganun kastiff ang competition

ma idea ba if madadagdagan yung slots anytime soon? Thanks man!

@SAP_Melaka dadalhin mo ba sya as partner or mag apply sya on her own? She can look at the SOL list at kung alin dun ang pede sa kanya. If tesda, I'm thinking it will be VETASSES mag assess sa kanya. I did that for my husband. I also emailed them just to clarify, okay naman kaso at the end di ko rin tinuloy kasi mahal yung assessment for him.

@aisleandrow included in my application as de-facto, I'm just confused on which one to select sa ImmiAccount (there would be no assessment as we'll not claim partner points po)

@SAP_Melaka If you are pertaining to the form in visa application, I think TESDA 2yr course is a certificate course, just not sure if it falls whether in AQF Cert I or II.
Yung 3yr technical course ko sa TUP was assessed as AQF III. Just to give you an idea.
So baka Cert II sya. Pero antayin din natin yung sagot ng iba. Guess it won't matter that much since di ka naman magke-claim ng points for her.

Genuine relationship evidence
If you are married or in a de facto relationship, evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner to the exclusion of all others. For de facto relationships this should include evidence that you have been in the relationship for at least 12 months at time of application. Evidence can include, but is not limited to, joint bank account statements, billing accounts in joint names, and other evidence of cohabitation.

ImHo, it wont matter kung cert1 or cert II ilagay mo, just to be safe Cert 1 will do, di nila papakialaman yan since di ka naman nagclaim ng partner's points. You just need to attach her TOr and diploma, CV and employment certificate (if there's any)..plus CEMI kung wala sya valid ielts/pte exam

i'll try to submit my application muna although yung concern ko ngayon is yung payment ng fees kasi hindi pasok sa credit limit ko yung amount (3 kami sa application).

meron na ba nakapag-try doon sa local partner na VFS Global?

@jiomariano Bro, fixed ang number of slots per program year. To answer your question, next program year na marereset yung number of slots usually nsa around 1k+ plus un. Given that kasama pa sa occupation list ang profession natin for the next program year. Let's hope and pray for the best.

@2pe And kelan yung next program year reset na yun? July? Sana nga di matanggal sa occupation list yung profession natin. Historically ba, may idea ka kung tinanggal na? Thanks!
