About write from dictation, are we given enough time to type? Say, the recording will play, 'll start typing, and when done, I'll click next. Or the recording will play continuously? I'm asking because I type really slow. Writing on the notepad is not an option either because I can't understand my own penmanship, when the pressure is really high :-(

The recording will stop then tatakbo na timer mo. kalimutan ko na how long. for me, more than enough naman. pero medyo sanay ako mag type. nag call center kasi ako. sana nga ma aapprove ako. hangang wala yung grant, nakakatakot pa din. bale wala na ata pts pag lodge. sa ITA lang ata may bearing yun

@vanessajoy nakabili na ko, so far ok naman sa 3Mbps Globe DSL ko. Ok lang siguro sa pocket wifi mo as long as 4G yung signal.

hi po.. ask ko lang mas madali ba talaga PTE kesa IELTS? and tanong ko lang din ilan po dapat score na makuha saPTE? Thank you..:) At ano nga po pala technic s REPEAT SENTENCE. wala talaga ako maalala kasi

@frappz IMHO kung tutuusin mas madali yung types of questions sa IELTS kaya lang parang mas mahirap makakuha ng high score especially if you need to get a Superior rating (8 across all bands). May human bias factor kasi sa IELTS kasi an actual person scores your Essays and interviews you during the Speaking part. So may factor pa kung mataray o bad trip yung interviewer/checker mo. Unlike sa PTE na computerized scoring, kelangan mo lang tlagang magamay yung mga techniques para makakuha ng mataas na score.

While reviewing the technique I used for Repeat Sentence is to write down the first letter of each word. It takes practice but it really helps especially for the long and difficult sentences. This will also sharpen your memory when it comes to the actual test.

sa repeat sentence kelangan umimik agad after magsalita ng speaker? or may time bago ka iimik? sorry po.. nag sself review lang kasi ako..

Don't worry. You'll hear the good news soon. For now, spend as much time as you can with your parents, pets, relatives and friends who can't come with you. Take lots of photos with them. While you can call them anytime, you will still find yourself missing them badly. Off topic. :-)

@traveltart thanks. Pero ok ha, may parents Visa na AU. If your son or daughter is a pr, 5yr visa ata ang automatic grant sa parents. I haven't reviewed it yet since Wala pa yung good news ko. Good luck sa PTE. Pahirapan na talaga schedule kahit dito sa pinas

"Important for those applying for a relevant work* or study visa to Australia: By ticking this box you consent to Pearson making your score report available to the Australian Department for Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) electronically for the purposes of administering the visa application process, including decisions on your visa. *From November 2014" Thanks

Omg! ang hirap ng speaking sa PTE. Kahit sa mock test pa lang hindi ko makuha ang 65. Baka mas lalo mababa score ko sa SP during the actual exam. Napaisip tuloy ako bumalik sa IELTS kasi mas gusto ko na may kausap ako sa speaking. Hayst!

@frappz Sa Repeat Sentence, walang beep para malaman mo kung magsasalita ka na. May moment lang after matapos ng speaker magsalita na kelangan mo nang ulitin yung sinabi niya. Watch the screen kasi dun mo makikita kung magstart na ang recording ng sagot mo.
Self-study din ako. After reviewing techniques for each question type sa PTE, I recommend purchasing and taking the official PTE mock test (scored) para you'll already get a feel for how the actual test goes.

Ako, tinick ko sya. Halos right after makuha ko yung scores nakakuha na din ako ng notification na napadala na scores ko sa DIBP. So nung naglodge ako ng application and bumalik ako sa Pearson website para mag "Send Report" sa DIBP, ang sabi sa kin sa website napadala na daw. Magandang itick mo na para di mo na kelangang maalala na mag"Send Report" sa DIBP sa time ng lodging mo.
