Need your views on this for a friend who wants to pursue their dream to migrate to AU. Husband is a graduate of Customs admin, but for more than 5 years he is a Logistics supervisor, can they go thru Skilled Migration Path?

Hi qualified kaya ako to apply for permanent residency if i will use my oet result in two sittings sa immigration? I currently have 7 years of working exp here Sa Philippines, im 29 years old, and will eventually start my bridging program on February. I am a bit worried that after registering myself as a nurse in Aus i wont be able to reach the 60 point mark for PR. Thank you

Hi po good afternoon. Electrical Design Engineer po ako now for 2 years and 3 months palang. As of now po, 45 points palang ako (Age:30pts and 15 pts for bachelors degree), ask ko lang po, pwede po ba pambawi ng points yung PTE and IELTS?? I am now preparing for my IELTS exam po para ma assess ng Engineers Australia. Salamat po!

@alegnallanes yes. Kailangan atleast maka 7.0 sa ielts for 10pts. 8.0 for 20pts.

@valker kailangan mong magupload ng police clearance sa mga bansang tumira ka ng minimum 12 months (cummulatively) within the last 10 years. minsan kahit hindi 12 months stay ka nanghihingi ang CO.

Hi, may nakapagtry na po ba ditong magchange ng passport details due to lost but retrived passport with existing visa habang nasa ph pa? Considered cancelled po ba un o lost? Iba kasi ung process based sa reason.. TIA!

anong month po ba nagrerelease ng bagong SOL usually? nasa flagged occupation kasi ako and since may new list na naman sa July, I'm not sure if I should proceed with the visa process. Baka kasi biglang mawala sa list ung chem engr for July 2017/18 tapos andami ko nang nagawa by June. thank you!

@hex14 July ang paglalabas ng SOL at CSOL. mga nakaflagged occupations dati ay di naman naalis hanggang ngayon. minsan kahit wala na sa SOL nalilipat naman sa CSOL kaya may chance pa rin mainvite for state sponsorship. nasa iyo pa rin naman kung itutuloy mo o hindi ang pagprocess ng visa application.

Guys, sa ImmiAccount, pano mag attach ng bagong files with another document type? Nung lodging kasi, may link for attaching next sa evidence type pero ngayon wala na, katabi na lang ng document type; and pag ni-click yung link, di na pwede pumili ng ibang document type.

Question lang, sorry kung Paulit2x lng to.. hehe.. Bale, ni revised ng agent ko ang eoi q, nag add ng SS 190 last Jan. 19, initial filing for 489 and 189 was on Oct 16.. since same eoi lang, mababago ba ang place q sa queuing? Pls. Advise. Thanks much.

@brown88 depends on you nominated occupation, only Vetasses does not require English language test sa assessment nila. afaik.

@hex14 last time end of May 2016 inilabas ung Sol for 2016-2017 Skilled Migration Program Year. If you can get invited and lodge the application before July 1, pwede naman kahit to follow na lang yung ibang documents. Important is ma-lodge mo EOI mo maybe before May para may chance pa sa invite since hindi nman pro-rata ang occupation mo.

Hi! I'm new here. I would like to ask. What is the difference between the SOL and the Consolodated SOL? My recent work experience is as a Human Resource Manager which is on the Consolidated SOL but not in the SOL. Can someone explain it to me please?

Skilled Occupations List (SOL)
You must nominate an occupation from the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) if you are applying for an Independent or Family Sponsored Points Tested visa or a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) – Graduate Work Stream.

Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List (CSOL)
You must nominate an occupation from the Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List (CSOL) if you are nominated by a State or Territory Government, a direct entry stream Employer Nomination Scheme visa, a Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) or a Training visa (Subclass 407).
