Is there any chance for refused visa due to GTE?

mga Kabayan, meron ba sa tin ang nagrant ang visa sa 2nd time application nila kahit na refuse sila sa una dahil sa GTE? Maliit ba o malaki ang chansa na makapunta sa australia with student visa sa pangalawang pagkakataon?

share naman po ng experience or mga kakilala nye na nakaexpereince ng Ganito para magka Idea kung ANO ang next namin na gagawin.

According to my agent, Medjo strict na daw ngayon ang immigration. A lot of agencies complain about the strict rules na ginagawa nila as per my agent told me.

Rules sa pag-aaral sa Australya ay masyadong mahigpit. Ako din nakatanggap ng maraming mga reklamo tungkol sa pagtanggi ng mga maliliwanag na mga mag-aaral na nais upang pumunta sa Australia para sa mas mataas na pag-aaral.

Hello! Grant na po visa nmin ng husband ko kahapon. This is our 2nd time to apply. The first one was last march but refused due to GTE on june. Last October 29 I relodged my application, made sure na complete and detailed na. Thank God po at na grant kmi.

March 18, 2016 - Medicals started at Nationwide cebu
April 2, 2016 - Medicals uploaded
June 24, 2016 - Visa REFUSED by jerryboy due to GTE

July-September - (depression stage) char!

October 29, 2016 - Relodged via Immiaccount (DIY)
November 28, 2016 - Immi requested for additional docs (extended OSHC + evidence of relationship to spouse)
December 6, 2016 - documents uploaded to immiaccount (OSHC should be 1week before commencemnt and 2months after course)
December 13, 2016 - VISA GRANT NOTICE received. Sent by CO Delilah to my email at 5.52pm

@Waiting101 Hello po. you said you were refused due to GTE . in your second application what supporting docs sinend nyo to ensure na hindi na ulet ma refuse due to GTE.

@aishee5 hi po. I revised my SOP po. This time i address the points na duda ang CO before. Ex, inconsistent course (i told them na deviating from my course is a personal decision then i explained why), not convinced that i will stay (ng provide po ako affidavit na aware ako that i will stay temporarily and that i will go back after my course). Sa Sop po you should explain y you chose the school, the course, study in australia, what will it benefit you sa future. Explain everything in detail po.

@aishee5 woth de facto po pla kayo.. Dependent ko din kasi mister ko. And guess what kahit kasal na kmi hiningan prin xa evidence ng relationship nmin. We provided pictures together, with family and friends, also statemnts from family member and friends sa both sides kng anong klaseng relationship nu. Also c husband ng provide din kinwento nia kng pno kmi ng kita at kng ganu xa ka close sa fam ko while hndi kmi mgkasama before. Then receipts of remitances or receipts na naka addres samin pareho since wala kming bills na nkapangalan smn kasi sa old house nmin kmi nkatira.

with dependent spouse din ako. nakapag-provide na kayo ng marriage certificate pero hiningan pa kayo nyan ng ibang evidence dahil LDR kayo? same case tayo sis. marriage cert lang din ni-submit namin. tas sa SOP ni husband hindi nya na kinuwento paano kami nagkakilala. pero sa show money that we provided, 2 bank certs are both joint account namin ni husband, tas supporting ang stock cert na joint account din namin. sana hindi na kami hingian. nag-lodge kami nung December 10.

@leelou hi sis..yes po we provided marriage cert..we got married kasi last year lng..as in mg one year plng kaming kasal.. Cguro proof lng na genuine ung relationship namin kasi 4 years din ako sa abroad before.. Ok nmn po ung sa nu kasi my joint account kayo.. 6weeks lng po na gant kami..intay lng po kayo magagrant din yan..

Hello po.. Nasa Sydney na po ako ang planning to renew my student visa this april. Aged Care Cert 3 &4 po ang kinuha ko. And planning to do business after. Meron na po bang narefuse dahil sa change of course na nagrenew ng visa? Thanks sa mga sasagot

@ixaxa hi po..sa app ko hindi nmin nilagyan..my affidavit lng xa stating na to trave l with me lg tapos babalik din xa pagkatapos ng course ko. Pero nung hiningan na kmi ng proof of relatuonship nia sa akin, ng provide na kmi ng statement nia kung gano na kmi katagal at kng bakit sasamahan nia ako..

From nov 2012 to sept 2016 i was a call center agent
Im currently unemployed because of ielts review, exam and visa application

Hi, good afternoon po. Newbie lang po ako dito. Gusto ko lang po sana magtanong kung meron po ba dito kumuha ng student visa and naapprove na hindi related sa course na tinapos niyo? For instance po ako, BS Tourism graduate po ako, at plan ko po kumuha ng Bachelor of Nursing sa Adelaide. Wala rin po ako local experience sa Nursing. May issue po ba ito? Like lalo na po ngayon na humigpit at may bago rin sila rules and regulations tulad nalang rin ng GTE. Thank you po sa magrereply!

Hi everyone visa refused ako today.
1st reason is after daw ako nag graduate nung 2008 hindi ko daw ginamit ang qualifications ko as a nurse- but then nag trabaho namn talaga ako and nailagay ko naman sa SOp ko yun. pero hindi ko na attach ang emplyment cert ko.
2nd reason is hindi ko daw na ispecify kung anung magiging advantage ng australian qualification ko sa pinas after studies.

I feel so down. I dont know what to do next. I need some guidance anyone.

@aishee5 hi mam sorry to hear mo about sa visa disapproval nyo..almost same situation tau and kakalodge ko lang din po ng visa kahapon..if you dont mind po ano po nilagay nyo sa sop nyo about sa advantages ng au qualification?? Sakin po kc nilagay ko lang basta eh gusto ko maging nurse educator d ko po na inelaborate pa..dont lose hope mam may iba pang laan sau..

@princess_jasmin sana mas i specify nyo po. pero cguro depende din talaga sa CO na magdedecide. kase dalawa kami ngayun na refuse same ang CO namin. sakin kase sabi ko magwowork ako sa specific na hospital sa Pinas pero di ko daw na ispecify kung anung magiging relevance ng australian qualification ko para matanggap ako sa hospital na yun.

@aishee5 hello sis, much better kasi kung specify din iyong target position niyo. Kasi kung sasabihin mo lang na dun ka sa hospital magwork, iisipin nila that can be done kahit sa pinas lang degree mo. Pero pag aim mo is maging division head nurse or something like that, and having foreign degree will give you the edge mas may laban ka. try again sis, Godbless.

@agentKams Kaya nga eh. un ung sabe ng officer. kahit wala daw australian degree pwede daw ako mag work sa gusto kong company. When ba ako pwede mag reapply ulit sis?
