    Hello Everyone.

    Ask ko lang po sana regarding sa immigration form. Do I have to declare po ba yung employment ko na i didn't claim sa Assessing body (ACS)

    Meron po kasi akong work na concurrent sa full-time work ko na kinlaim sa ACS.

    Company A : Claimed - June 2006 to October 2013

    Company B : unclaimed - September 2011 to June 2013

    Need ko po ba i-declare si Company B pag nag lodge na ng visa? Ang issue ko po kasi dito is sarado na yung company na ito and wla akong COE/Payslip na naitago (nawala ko na po)

    Ay sabagay po. Kasi po, isa rin sa nag papabagabag ng damdamin ko ay nung nag punta ko sa australia as tourist nung 2012. Dalawang proof of employment po yung ipinadala ko sa Agent (Company A and Company B) at ang matindi, yung Company B yung ginamit dahil one COE will do daw which nung mga panahon na yun ay keber lang.

    Yun nga, baka makita sa record ko yung Company B as my employer on that year pero wla sa declaration.

    Having said that, will the document to support company B, be as tedious as the document requirements for the assessing body (ACS)?

    The remnants of existence of Company B that I have is my job contract. okay na po ba ito?

    @einra2k2 In my case, I only provided Stat Dec for non-relevant work. :) My consultant said that was sufficient for non-relevant work.
