  Our contract ends Mar 24, 2017 and one of my co-tenant will be vacating the room.
  Since we'd like to stay in this place and renew the contract, we are in desperate need of a good tenant to occupy the vacant room so I can inform the agent to update the contract with the new co-tenant details.
  
  Note: Rent per week reduced to 150 per week. Free WIFI

  Near groceries are The Ponds Shopping Center, may woolworths dun and Rousehill Center, may Coles naman dun. Both are 5 mins drive. Travel time to CBD is 45mins from Quakers Hill Station.
