Hi Guys,

For update regarding CTC sa Singapore.

I have done my CTC today at Andrew EE Co staring Feb 15, 2017 they will required to issue Notarial Certificate every time your documents will required the CTC, on top of the CTC rate per documents.

So example, you have 5 documents to CTC $5 each = total of $25 sa CTC plus $75.00 sa Notarial Certificate. Eto daw new regualtion nilabas sa Singapore.

Better mag pa CTC kayo prior Feb 15, 2017 to avoid the Notarial Certificate $75.00

Parehas pa din naman ung rate (CTC refer as pervious post by @grapebella ) .. pero ang nakakamahal is ung notarial certification 75sgd.
If i were you.. kung coloured naman wag ng ipaCTC unless requested by the CO. No choice lang kasi ung sakin statutory dec kaya need ng pirma talaga ng lawyer so 115sgd ung binayaran ko total amount.

ung samin naman para re-assessement sa ACS.

Hello, magpapa CTC din po ako dito sa SG kasi ni-require ako ng agent which is passport,birth cert & TOR. Gusto ko sana isabay na rin ipa CTC yung iba kong docs (diploma,prc etc) para maka discount ako. Now, tanong ko lang about sa cert na S$75, nakalagay ba dun yung mga docs na pina certify mo all in one?kasi if ever isubmit ko yung cert, makikita nila na nagpa certify ng ibang docs which in fact hinihingi lang nila sakin is yung tatlo sa taas.TIA!

published rate po nila at SGD 5 per document pero very considerate nmn po sila lalo na pag madami ang papa-CTC nyo. They only charged us $5 for the first 10 docs then all the remaining were charged at $2 per doc.

we also noticed na not all Notary Public has this chop which says: "I certify this document to be a true copy of the original sighted by me" then signature nung lawyer. pero etong office ni Atty. Rupert Seah meron po sila so ok na ok.

wala lang natuwa lang kme ng husband ko sa service nila and pastor kasi si Atty so mabait sya, hindi ung suplado type kahit ung secretary nya sobrang bait din. God bless and good luck sa ating lahat!

Nanghingi yung CO ng additional docs so kailangan ko mag pa notarized dito, tinawagan ko yung iba sa list pero ito lang yung pasok sa schedule namin sa weekend.

I agree na mabait nga both yung secretary at si atty, binigyan din ako ng $40 discount kasi 4 statutory declaration pinagawa ko + certification of documents. Highly recommended.

Anyone else na pwde mag bigay ng experience whether may chance ba na ndi isama ung mag ttestify? ung Sr. Proj Mgr lang kc from my previous work ang pwede mag sign ng SD and never ko na chempuhan onsite , parateng nasa business travel. haay.

Dito din ako nagpa CTC kahapon. Southbridge Chambers LLC ang pangalan ng law office. Mabait ung secretary nya si Selvi, indian na babae. Sya yung nag collect nung mga photocopies ko, never ko nang nameet yung c Mr Lim. Mura din ang rates nila kasi 12 pages ung pina CTC ko ni-quote lang ako ni Selvi ng 105 SGD (75$ Notarial Certificate + 30$ for the 12 pages). Around 2pm ako dumating sa kanila and sabi collect the next day pa yung documents..hndi same day aantayin. Siguro kung before lunch ako pumunta kaya nila tapusin ng same day?

Ngayon binalikan ko na ung docs kanina and sabi din ng secretary nya ay check ko muna ung docs before leaving. Napansin ko walang chop ng "Certified True Copy of the Original" at wala din date. Medyo nagulat ako, and so i asked her politely that i needed those, not only the "Notary Public" chop and the signature of the lawyer. Ayun, sorry sorry daw. Then kinuha nya ung mga chop at sya na mismo ang nag tatak.

Overall, mura sa kanila. Pero kung hndi masyadong familiar ang applicant sa dapat format ng CTC specifically for ACS requirements, baka mareject pa yung mga documents nyo.. Sana hindi magka problema yung akin since hindi sya "Certified True Copy of the Original? " Yung chop nila ay "Certified True Copy" lang.. Hindi na ako nakapalag ulit kasi natatakan na..

hello po, question lang po para sa mga nagpa-asses na may more than one na stat dec letter at nagpanotaryo dito sa SG... if ever po na 2 ung stat declarations ko na ipapanotaryo, need ba na hiwalay ung notarial certificate or pwde na pong magkasama sa isang cert ung 2 docs? thanks po...

Update ko na din yung sa sarili ko hehehe. Kahit "Certified True Copy" lang and not "Certified True Copy of the Original" yung stamp ng documents ko, na approve naman ni ACS

Yung mga CoE of no need na ma CTC. Just a colored scan will do. But Im not sure sa mga Stat Dec... baka nga need...

FYI, Sa mga mag papa CTC sa SG retired na si Andrew Ee ung website nya nirerefer ung Eldan Law sa Adelphi Bldg #10-01 A/B ung new address, d2 ko today nag papa CTC.

Just for the info ng lahat ng makaka google. tinanggap ng ACS and chop na "Certified True Copy" , ACS understand it as another variation ng "Certified True Copy of the Original".
