kaya yan @Ozlaz .. honestly kami, plano-plano ang at first then when we knew how much it would cost, we gave-up..kaso itong si hubby ewan ko kung bakit eh gusto ulit, nagstart siya IELTS, that time wala pa talaga kami pera for visa..God will make a way talaga pag gusto mo..sa case namin, sa company ni hubby kami nakapag-loan..kaso nga, di pwede resign pag di pa nabayaran,,hahaha..pag-may grant na, bahay naman namin ang ibenta..
so, yan, sugal talaga..

Thats the right attitude bro, pag ginusto mo talaga nothing is impossible. Kami ganyan din sugal, all out pati pato, family of 4, nasa gradeschool level pa lang mga kids. We gave up everything including our flourishing careers. At times naiisip ko paano pag na refuse or may mangyari na unfavorable? Wala na kami babalikan na trabaho at back to zero. Pero With God's grace and guidance we were able manage and survive 3 visa applications in one year. 2 SVPs and finally the PR grant. All DIY. All because we remained focused to our ultimate goal- to give our kids the best future possible.

Tama, kapag pinasok mo talaga to...walang atrasan. Very BIG risk talaga kaya you have to want it that bad para hindi ka ma-sway na gumive-up. Tsaka dapat matibay ang loob mo. Di biro ang waiting game na pinagdadaanan nating lahat to get that golden email.

i really want it. and i prayed for it. Di ko nga inaasahan na makaka superior ako sa english and God made it possible. Minsan lang kasi may takot ako sa change itself. Kasi kung ako lang go. Pag may mga anak ka na, parang kelangan medyo well calculated ang mga decisions.. I want this for the kids talaga. Salamat sa lahat ha. Go go go para sa pangarap!!

@Ozlaz just make sure ready ka magtiis once you get here s australia, dont expect 'big things" agad, like s work may instances na mgwowork k tlga n hindi s line ng profession mo. Basta konting tyaga at tiis lang makukuha mo rin ng gusto mo

hi general question lang po. bumalik samin ang CO asking for form 815. submitted last feb 15 by our agent. Sabi ng agent namin system maintenance ang Immiaccount til feb 20. totoo ba na freeze ang grant pg gnun? thank you sa mga sasagot

we got an email today.. akala ko grant na.. request for more information naman.. for the second time around.. kahit na upload ko naman na before.. hayyysstt!! Ok lang.. na upload ko na ulit naman then informed them again.. keeping our fingers crossed again.. hopefully next email good news na. just sharing

Hi Guys,

first congrats sa mga nakakuha na ng grant!

Since napag usapan nadin naman ang risk. I have a dilemma now. Since nakakuha na kami ng invite the other day ngaun naman itong partner ko is nagkaron ng second thoughts kung itutuloy namin to oh nde. Ako eh naka mindset na itutuloy to at naka set na sa isip ko na nde talaga magiging madali lalo na sa umpisa lalo na nguan lang kami ma hihiwalay sa families namin etc.

Nakausap niya kasi yung friend namin na kaka migrate lang last year and sila din ang dahilan kung bakit kami nagka idea na sumubok mag migrate. medyo nahihirapan daw yung friend namin dun lalo na nde masyado makapag padala ng pera sa family nila dito sa pinas. Medyo mahirap daw makaipon lalo na kung isa lang ang nag wowork.

Ngaun ang concern ko is should we continue? or not? anong ma iaadvice niyo samin lalo na yung stable na sa AU. Anong maiprepresent ko sa partner ko na magiging okay kami dun in the future lalo na if ako lang ang mag wowork. Ano ang reward sa risk kapag naging successful and ano naman ang fallback kapag nde naging successful.

sabi ko sa kanya if nde maging successful we always have pinas na uuwian.

@Noodles12 nasa about 80% ka na ng buong process ng application... susuko ka pa ba? hehe! pero honestly, its a mutual decision between you two. Thumb of rule ng mga OFWs, dapat handa ka Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally, and Physically before leaving PH. Or else, hinde magiging successful ang journey nyo...

I suggest pag usapan nyo, what are the Pros and Cons. What are the long term benefits, ano ba ang risk factors.

I hope you guys can come up with a good decision. after all, future nyo ang pinaguusapan dito...

@Noodles12 , pre ano bha kasi definition ng success mo? In my opinion it boils down kung ano yung defintion mo nun. Kasi take example for our case, we have worked sa abroad for sometime already and money is not the main factor kung bakit kami nag decide why we wanted to make a big move sa australia. Daming Factors tulad ng Work Life Balance, Better Health Coverage, Retirement Benefits, Education for Kids, Better Opportunity for kids and for us as well in the long run. So it really boils down on how you define success and what is your immediate need. Do you need to satisfy first your immediate need or do you have to sacrifice a bit now and look at the long term. At the end of the day it really boils down to preference. Hope it can help you decide.

i suggest pagawa na din po kayo bagong IC kasi necessity natin yan dito sa SG, although di naman sya madalas hinahanap, pero its our responsibility na itago yun for purpose of Character Identity. Hope this helps.

@Noodles12 nothing is really sure in this world. Sometimes, all you need to do is jump on the boat and sail away! Hehe.

Moreover, as long as you're both confident na makakahanap kayo ng work based on your skills then it will surely happen. Also it's easier to overcome challenges when you have your partner with you. So dapat buo ang loob nyong 2, i guess.

Fall back? Don't think of any 'fall back' just move forward, there's no turning back now.

Ako buo talaga loob ko kahit kabado syempre. Siguro ganun din sya biglang kinabahan ng todo.

For me naman kaya din ako nag decide to migrate is gaya ng mga sinabi ni @Kris_New like better health benefits, education for kids etc. plus yung quality ng buhay compared sa stress dito sa pinas.

anyway, let's hope for the best nalang kung ano man mapag decisionan namin.

and sa lahat sa atin dito sana maging successful! goodluck sa lahat.
