Hello po sa inyong lahat. May itatanong lang po sana ako sa EA Skills assessment:

Regarding po ito sa ikeclaim ko na skilled employment. April 2007 kc ako nung nagresign sa china, then lipat ako dito dubai. Iniisip ko kung iclaim ko po ung 2005 to april 2007 employment ko sa china considering na feb 2017 na ngaun. Then kung masubmit ko sa fast track to malamang march na to makuha ng case officer. Kc po ung pagkuha ng police clearance ko sa china is mahirap and pinacheck ko dun sa mga kasamahan ko dati, naka automatic delete daw kc sa system ng police ang record ng mga expats sa china, 5 years after umalis sa china. Kc baka hingian din ako later ng police clearance ng australian immigration pag nagclaim ako nitong china employment ko.

Hingi lang po sana ako advise kung isama ko pa ung employment ko sa china? 1 month na lang kc ang macount dun from the last 10 yrs of my employment. Considering din po na may more than 8 years po akong claim sa CDR ko.

@contessa ang sabi sa akin nung friend ko total 12 months sa isang bansa need ng Police clearance. Siguro niconsider ng Aus. Immig. yung ang nature nang work would require travel. Kahit siguro ideclare mo yung work mo dun. As long as di ka magclaim ng points for that. Also they will inform you if they will require you the police clearance. Post ko dito mangyari sa case ko, kasi meron din ako exp. na pinapadala sa isang branch namin overseas for weeks or months. Kaya may working permit ako dun. Pero i think di naman aabot ng 1 year total yun stay ko dun. Malaman nati pag nagsubmit na ako. Will post here. Pray lang. Apir!

Another concern guys regarding sa COE, pede na ba Project Manager lng ang mg sign sa certificate, ayaw mg sign kasi ng HR namin eh. May nka experience nba sa inyo dito na manager lng ng sign sa employment certificate?

Good day guys, yung Certificate ng license natin sa PRC na nakukuha natin kapag nag Oat taking tayo hindi ba siya applicable sa immigration? may PRC certificate na pang DFA? thanks

@cliffhanger82 pede yan as far as I know. Basta ka-team mo cia at mas mataas siya nang level sayo.
@jansep yung sa PRC certificate na nakuha mo nung oath taking na mismo yung tinutukoy na certificate. Sa middle east lang uso ata ang mga red ribbon stuff from DFA. Gawa daw kasi nung ibang lahi daw ata, namemeke nang documents. not sure if this is true.

@cliffhanger82 , yes pede yan basta same team kayo. pede din department manager mo , (yung saken Operations Manager yung nag sign) basta include contact details nung taong pipirma.

@tweety11 pwede pashare ng CDR sample? magkaiba tayo ng profession pero gamitin ko lang sana reference - like paano yung format. sa manufacturing kasi ako - r&d. and for the assessment - ilang CDR ba kelangan i-submit?

@nicstee sent na. CDR is yung pathway so isa lang yun. Isa sa requirement dun eh 3 Career Episodes. Nagfast track ako eh kaya 14working days lang ata bago lumabas ang results. Di ako sure pag normal processing pero baka sinasagad nila yung 15weeks.

@nicstee sabi nung isa ko naman friend na nagnormal submit. Inabot nang 3 months yun sa kanya. Well hindi naman kasi siya nagmamadali. :-)

@jansep no lah. no need for red ribbon. :-) scanned copy lang need nila ng certificate mo. Pati na yung IIEE-certificate mo, isama mo narin, para masaya.. :-) apir!

Hi po, bago lang po here. May gusto lang po ako iclarify,

May mga nababasa kasi akong struggles about reference letters, and nag-ask din ako sa company ko about detailed COE and medyo hesitant sila. Still in the process of requesting, pero nabasa ko din sa thread na need lang siya for Relevant skilled employment assessment(RSE/RSA). Nabasa ko din kasi ung details ng requirements ng RSE/RSA sa booklet, kaya mega request ako sa company, kala ko mandatory requirement.

Ibig sabihin ba normal na COE lang kailangan ko if Standard Competency Demostration report lang kunin ko?

@kuya.king kung gagamitin mo sa career episode yung experience mo kailangan mo pa din magprovide ng detailed COE.

Another question, pwede ba magpalit ng career episode pag nakapagpasa na? Lets say may career episode ako from work sa pinas tapos hinanapan ako ng detailed COE later, eh since hassle kumuha kasi dissolved na ang sun cell eh, nasa smart na lahat, pede bang paltan ko nlng siya ng another episode from my current work along the way?

Bago lang po ako dito. sa mga nag pasa na sa EA. may question po ako.

1. Yung detailed reference letter, salary with JD, Pwede ba ito signed by Project manager?
-yun PM is still connected with the company in PH. Concern ko po yun sa salary. Dapat ba HR ang nagbigay nito? mukhang di ako makakuha sa Hr.

2. Need po ba ng evidence about the Project manager? anong evidence ang pwede maliban sa company ID?

Plan ko mag submit ng CDR sa ES this week. Thank you sa lahat ng sasagot. Cheers!

May mga nababasa ako sa thread having problems providing payslips, kelangan b ng payslip sa assessment? :-/

Kelan po need ang payslip? And if need po ng payslip from a previous employer, need ba ng lahat ng months o kahit one month lang? Thanks

@cliffhanger82 niscan ko pati yung valid ID ko ng PRC. pero di naman cia requirement talaga. okay lang kahit wala nun. ang mahalaga talga is the certificate. Sinama ko lang para masaya.
@kuya.king yes challenging talaga magrequest nung detailed COE. Pero atleast nagtry ka. Pag wala binigay edi Stat. declaration nalang ang gawin mo. Regarding payslips, pede ang ITR at other proofs of legal employment. Malalaman naman din nila ang totoo. May capability ata sila maaccess kung tunay yung mga documents mo.. not sure.. :-)
