Since I am in a de facto status and my Partner has a child.
- ano ilalagay ko sa question na
"Is this child in the primary applicant's care and legal custody?" Yes or No?
since nde ko pa naman legally adopted yung child pero under my care naman. I dont know the proper answer.
"Does any other person have custodial, access or guardianship rights to this child?" Yes or No?
Custodial access would be me and my partner. so ano ba dapat? yes because other than me is my partner or No?
