IELTS advice: aim for 7 and above in all exams to get an additional 10 points and focus more on writing.

Question about the difference between CDR only and CDR+RSEA:

Halimbawa graduate ka ng Chemical Engineering
+ 5 years exp as Chemical Engineer
+ 5 years exp as Plant Manager(Chemical related)
+ 5 years exp as Environmental Engr(non-chem related)

Lets say ang nominated occupation mo ay Chemical Engineer.

Anong difference ng assessment mo if CDR lang compared sa CDR+RSEA?

@kuya.king Ako nag cdr+rsea. Sa career episode ko yung 2 companies lang ang ginamit ko pero all the three companies na napagtrabahuan ko ay kinonsider ng EA kasi sa CV ko at COE nakasulat ang job description, so dun nila ibabase kung related ang work experience mo sa occupation na pinapaasses mo. :-)

@wanderer Ibig po ba sabihin hindi naman necessary na lahat ng experience mo sa mga company na napagworkan mo ay kelangan gawan ng individual cdr para maconsider sa yrs of exp mo? Nagwork po kasi ako sa 3 companies, pero sa 2 companies lang ung cdr ko. Quite worried my current job won't be considered. Related pa din naman po sa engineering pero more of tendering unlike my 2 previous jobs na design.

@honeyB based from my experience tama ka po sa sinabi mo. Pero bka ibig mo sabihin ay career episode hindi cdr, kasi ang cdr ay yung whole package na isusubmit sa EA :-) Dont worry magiging positive yan basta kumpleto job description mo sa cv at coe :-) And of course kung nag avail ka ng relevant skilled employment assessment, dapat may evidences ka to support paid employment. Kung meron ka lahat nyan, seat back and relax ka lang

About sa CDR, may nagawa akong career episode na 2700 words total.
nakalagay sa msa is 2500 words maximum lang.

dapat ko bang bawasan? na go thru ko na mahirap bawasan. any suggestion po? salamat

Hello. Baka may experience dito nag pa-assess as Chem Engr sa EA. Kung acceptable ba ang supervisor ng paint plant. Process Engineer ang position title. Pero more on delegation kasi ng personnel ang ginagawa hehe.

Saka kung meron, may sample ba kayo ng Career Episode na iyon? Sobrang Salamat.

Hello po mag update lang po ako ng status ko, salamat po sa lahat ng tulong nyo at awa ng Dyos nakapagfile na po ako sa EA. Di po ako pinalad sa IELTS, total average ko po is 6.5.

Question po sa proof ng employment, tama ba kapag hindi available ang ITR pwede payslip. bali ilang payslip per employer ang need mo iattach for proof of employment? thanks po

@jansep yes pwede payslip. Mas marami mas ok. Pero di naman necessary na every month. Pwede mo na din isama sss, pagibig or philhealth.

The presented projects are showing a strong grasp of practical situations and technical applications, with the technical challenge of keeping abreast of developments in Civil Engineering. It is obvious that you have a top-surface understanding of scientific and civil engineering principles and a well-developed capacity for technical analysis. You presented the proficient application technical skills and contribution to the advancement of civil engineering technologies. However, you are lacking to present a professional engineering role, taking responsibility for bringing knowledge to bear from multiple sources to develop solutions to complex problems and issues, for ensuring that technical and non-technical considerations are properly integrated, and for managing risk. Also, the most critical element is lacking to present a detailed methodology relevant to simulations and analysis, understanding of project durations, development and design frequency and PE assignment sequence. @jansep yung akin isang payslip lang at sss. Pati coe at stat dec na ginamit ko nung assessment. Kung may makukuha ka naman na kahit 3payslips per year, mas ok na upload mo na lahat. Yung sss pwedeng print online lang kung may access ka. Pwede din siguro punta sa office pati philhealth. Di ko sure jan sa pinas kasi overseas kasi ako.

hi po, just wanna ask. I'll be on my 5th year this coming June but would like to submit my CDR to EA as soon as possible (preferably April or May). May allotted time po ba para mag-lodge ng visa after skills selection? and tama po ba na 55 lang points ko given the following:

Age: 26
IELTS: Min. 6 pts
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Work experience: 5 years (soon!)

yes, 55 points ka na given that yung 5 years exp mo ay relevant sa occupation mo, try to take PTE-A after your EA assessment. mas madali daw sya compare sa IELTS. another 10 points yun tapos you're good to go.. goodluck

26 years old din ako nung nag apply.. turning 27 na next month.

1 per year lang pinasa ko na payslip sa overseas exp. then yung local exp ko dito sa Australia last 3 payslips at yung PAYG summary ng last financial year if available. goodluck..
