Hello po. Magtatanong lang po ako tungkol sa 189. May eoi at kumpleto skills assesment na ako from anmac (registered nurse). Yung points ko po sa eoi ay 65. Kaso ngayon na-realise ko po na dapat 60 lang yun kasi nag claim ako sa employment na wala po ako. Ma-refuse po kaya ang visa ko pag nag lodge ako kahit mali yung claim ko na points? Di ko lang po kasi naintindihan yung sa employment experience- akala ko counted yung 2 yrs ko na work as assistant in nursing. Dapat po pala bilang RN. Salamat po sa sasagot.

Posible. Ma-edit mo pa naman yung EOI mo while wala pang invite. Better stick sa tamang points baka magkaproblema kpa sa future applications mo.

@kingmaling Meron na po ako eoi invitation for PR now kaso mali ang points. Pwede po ba ako mag proceed with visa lodgement ng 189? Papayag kaya ang CO na bawasan na lang nya points ko to 60? Or refused po agad? Kasi po malapit na expire ng visa ko on march 15 at di na po aabutin kapag nag apply ako ng eoi ulit. Thank u.

u better create another eoi with the correct points. then try to contact the co kung ok lang to lodge the application. dont lodge without getting confirmation from the co, else your application will be rejected for overclaiming of points.

@rosch Yung akin "Immigration Requirement" rin nilagay ko when I created the request. kaso nung nasa window na ako, tinanong ako ulit ng NBI person kung san ko gagamitin then she suggested to change namin to "Visa Australia". Try asking kung pwede pa papalitan. Else, I think ok lang rin yan, important jan is cleared ka and walang nakalagay na "not valid for abroad" or something, since yung sa iba kasi may nakasulat na ganun. Wait natin yun iba magshare ng experience

Your ITA was given based on your EOI. Personally, I believe you will be rejected if itutuloy mo ang 189 application. Sayang ang pera, ang mahal pa nman ng application fee. Too bad kasi kahit 60 points ka, pasok ka pa din sana sa ITA last March 1, same ng friend ko. Pero lesson learned nalang din. Dapat careful sa paggawa ng EOI. Although, I understand your concern regarding visa expiry. But you have to follow the rules here. If I were you, mag apply ka nalang ng tourist visa then gumawa ka ulit ng EOI with 60 points. Hayaan mo na yung ITA mo for 65 points kasi ma expire din yun after 60 days.

Experts are welcome to suggest. Baka may ibang better ways pa. So far, yan lang maisip ko for your situation.

Hello po. Tanong naman po sa mga taga dubai kung san kayo nagpa stat declaration? Sa consulate kase nagrerequire ng personal appearance ng mga signatory (previous boss). Baka po may alam kayo na pwede pa notaryo na wala ng personal appearance? Or any other suggestion po? Salamat

no need to put marriage cert for the national identity card. actually, for philippines, sss alone is fine, no need to put birth cert and others.

@rosch Kami naman we only put marriage cert as national id for both me and hubby. This was what our consultant advised us to put. No need to put any other ids/documents.

@amedina IMHO Let your EOI expire first then raise a new EOI. Your visa application will definitely be rejected if you lodge your application at this point with over claiming of points. Plus you might have a difficult time applying for any other type of visa afterwards.
