    Hi guys. I have a question regarding "been convicted of a crime or offence". Are traffic rules (by city ordinance) violation a convicted offence, for example illegal parking? Yung tipong nagbayad ka lang ng fine tapos ok na.
    kriminal!!!! hahaha joke lang...
    nde yan pafs... kung krimen yan isa nako sa kriminal pag ganon, ay nde pala kasi binabayaran ko lahat ng mmda pag may violation ako hehehe joke...

    hahaha. Kasi yung 'Offence' na word may apply generally to all no matter the severity. But pag sinabing Convicted, di ba dapat may court na involved yun?

    hmmm....e pag nahuli sa cybercrime law....malamang record na sa PCC yun no? tama ba? ingat ingat sa pag-post online. hehe

    so pag sinabing "convicted", ibig sabihin nagka-trial tapos sinabi ng judge na he finds you "guilty". ganun? so yung mga tipong traffic violations hindi kasama.

    Question lang po: Prior July 2012, para mapabilis ang visa invitation kaya nag papa state sponsorship (VISA 176). Usually months lang may visa ka na. Ganun pa rin po ba ngayon based sa mga naka receive na ng invite? In my opinion po kasi, parang mas mapapabilis pag 189 kasi twice a month sila nag rerelease ng invitation. For your comments po

    @sofabed Mas mabilis ang state-sponsored in terms of visa processing mismo (Priority 3, 6 months visa processing) versus 189 (Priority 4, 12 months processing). In terms of invitation, mas certain ang probability sa 190 kaysa 189.

    Put it this way @sofabed - if you get a state sponsorship, bibigyan ka kaagad ng invitation to lodge a 190 visa.

    Yung isa naman, kahit na twice a month a ang pagrelease ng invitation, getting invited is really up to the quality of your EOI application. Last Oct 1, yung cutoff for invites was at 65. Meaning,if you have an EOI score higher than 65, you will get an invitation. :)

    Err, iba ang getting an invitation to lodge a visa from the actually visa itself ha... So far dito sa forum, wala pa ata na grant ng visa for applicants after June 30.

    What I meant here was there is (1) EOI and (2) Actual application of visa once you get an invitation from DIAC to lodge.

    Hi guys, ask ko lang po how long will it take na mafinalised yung medicals? How many days from being referred status to finalised status yung medicals nyo?

    hello po! mag tatanong lang po ako kung kayo lang ba nag process ng mga documents nyo hanggang sa pag file sa embassy?? o nagpatulong po kayo para maprocess po yung mga papers nyo?? kung nagpatulong po kayo sa agent pwede po bang pashare ng name ng agent nyo?? baka kasi hindi pala accredited yung makuha ko na agent eh.... thanks po

    We did ours by ourselves... mejo mahal kasi ang agent!

    if you really want to secure the service of an agent there is an official list of registered agent that you can readily access in the net. just google it up - MARA ata ang keyword.

    Or, i-ready nyo lahat ng documents and start reading the threads here, tutal online na lang naman ang application ngayon from assessment to visa application. Upload-upload lang lahat yan.
