@Ady90 thanks sa pag respond, may nabasa lang kasi ako dun sa link na binigay mo stating like this,• If your sponsor is not an Australian citizen: evidence to show your sponsor usually lives in Australia, such as:
o evidence of ownership or rental of the house in which your sponsor lives
o utility accounts (electricity, gas, telephone)
o other bills for day-to-day living expenses.

Worried lang kasi ako dahil e reject nila application ko.

@Drew83 I think u should be in Australia as a sponsor kung gusto mo iapply ng partner visa to prove na u can support ur wife. Like may stable job ka, house, etc.

@Drew83 matagal ka bang wala sa Australia? kung vacation lang naman pinas, i think walang problem. Pero kung years ka na outside of Aus, kelangan mo i-prove na may strong ties ka sa Aus.

But yeah, as a sponsor na PR and out of the country, kelangan mo iprovide yan. Yung sponsor ko, Aus citizen, nagsubmit ng home ownership evidence.

@happy_gal and @Ady90 thanks sa info, i think parang ganun nga i need to have myself organized first in OZ before initiating any sponsorships, quick visil lang kasi yung ginawa ko last march 2016, i was just having my initial entry. Sa Feb2017 pa yung permanent move ko,

Hi po mga kababayans! Need your help po regarding partner visa.. gusto ko po sana iaaply sya ng partner visa nextyear. We just got married last june 2016. My wife is still in the philippines and possible po ba na iaaply mna sya ng tourist visa this year then dto kona sya iaaply ng partner visa pra di na sya bumalik ng pinas kc bbgyan nmn po sya ng bridging visa once malodge kna un partner visa... thanks po s mga sasagot..

@jayvee_ramis yes..i read some prople do that.tourist visa then lodge inshore yta yung term tapos automatic bibigyan sya ng bridging visa.medyo matagal lng yta now yung processing pag ganon..some takes 15mos.or more atleast andito nman sya..but better research or if theres any forum who has done the same thing and who were successful with.godbless and gudluck:):)

Hi guy I am just new here and right this moment i am here in Australia holding my temporary visa. Lodge my visa last June 30 and grant temporary July 2 under the condition that I am not able to travel back there. I have 1 son live over there and applied for his dependent visa my question has anyone who experienced to applied an independent visa and how long it takes you before the final decision come out by the way I am still waiting for my PV to be finalised my CO told me that my visa is to be finalised and just waiting for my FBI coming from US cause I used to live and work in US before so. So question does anyone any have children or child applied for Dependent ViSa

@jayvee_ramis you can get her the tourist visa then dito mo nalang sya apply and lodge that's what i did here pero icon from student visa then after that I applied for spouse visa then bibigyan Ka naman Nila Ng bridging visa eh so try that visa

@jayvee_ramis yep unless d ganon mgrant condition on the tv u can move further.like with my cousin lucky she didnt get that condition, now they are on the process of lodging nz family visa kc kiwi yung guy..

Kasi last option ko nga ung mag student nalang sya to get here... like what u did.. what course did you took? Kc teacher sya s pinas but ayaw nya gamitin un to work here. Balak ko kuhanan sya ng culinary or baking course kc un ang part time business nya ngyn...

naglodged kc ako september 29,2015 nareceived ko temporary ko ng april 11,2016. Im here in Australia for almost one year waiting for my permanent resident visa subclass 100 ung nauna kc is temporary 309.

hello! sa lahat..
widow ako at may 3 kids sa previous marriage age 22, 21, 13,...and i have a new partner who is australian citizen at may anak kami na 22 months old na australian citizen by descent na din at may australian passport na at philippine passport. nag stay dito sa pinas ang partner ko from sept 16 2014 till march 3, 2016 dahil may negosyo kami na maliit..pero nang hindi na kumikita ang business namin nag decide sya na bumalik last march 4, 2016 sa perth at bumalik sa kanyang work. then nagbakasyon sya dito sa pinaslast june dahil b-day ng anak namin in 10 days...bumalik agad sya at may work sya sa perth. last Dec. 24 to jan. 24 kami ay nagbakasyon din sa perth kasama ko si 22 mos old at ang 13 yr old ko na daughter.

==HERE IS MY CONCERN==
1. Gusto ng partner ko na doon na kami mag stay for good kasama lahat ng mga anak ko si 22yrs old at 21 yrs old...at magpakasal kami doon para makapag apply ng PARTNER VISA. leading to permanent visa

2. Our plan is to go to perth via tourist visa sa June 2017...then our wedding will be on the 17th of june sa perth. so by july makakuha kami ng cert of marriage then we will lodge our partner visa application kasama mga anak ko. whilst waiting for the partner visa to be granted, we will also apply for the BRIDGING visa bago mag expire and tourist visa. so pwede kami mag work habang nag aantay...

3. Ang 13 yrs old ko na anak ay papasukin din namin sa school nxt year sa perth...magkano kaya at anong klaseng visa ang para sa kanya? tapos sya ngaun dito ng grade 7. at ano ano kaya ang mga reqs galing dito?

4. kinakabahan kasi ako sa 22 yrs old at 21 yrs old ko na anak baka hindi sila maisama sa approval ng partner application ko...pero sila lahat ay dependent pa din sa akin...bahay pagkain sa aken lahat galing...ano kaya ang pwede ko i proof na dependent pa sila sa aken? si 22 yrs old hs. grad lang at tinatamad na mag aral..pero sya naman ang buddy ko sa malayuang biyahe sya ang nagdadrive....ang 21 yrs old ko tapos ng comp sci...katunayan may work sya as a techy support..

5. POSIBLE KAYA SILA MAISAMA SA APPROVAL NG PARTNER VISA APPLICATION KO? At magkano kaya ang partner visa kasama ang 3 kids ko? ayoko mabalik sila sa pinas at walang magandang kinabukasan nag aantay sa kanila dito...

Pa advise naman please...thanks sa lahat ng posibleng mag advise sa aken...

@Lyka75 nakalagay naman sa website na as long as under 23 years old ang dependent ay eligible pa din. and you just need to provide birth certificate. but i think the more important thing you should focus is to prepare the documents as early as now para wala ng delay. as soon as you land in australia and get married, lodge agad ng visa.

another option pag di sila naisama sa dependents mo is to get them student visa. that's your last option. pwede sila mag aral dito and get part time job na lang.

hi po...meron ba sa inyo dito nag apply ng partner visa 820 and 801? i understand onshore po ang application dito. so ang proseso dito eh mag aapply muna ng tourist visa at once here na saka mag lodge ng visa na ito. thanks po sa mag re-reply? Another question lang po ano ba mas maganda i lodge visa 820/801 or visa 309/100?
