Correctly certified supporting documentation

An originally certified copy is a photocopy that has been stamped and signed by a suitable certifying officer (as stated below) who verifies that they have sighted the original document and that the photocopy that they are certifying is a true copy of that original.
Each photocopied page of all documentation must be certified on the face and must show clearly the words "certified true copy of the original", the signature of the certifying officer and the name and address or provider/registration number of the certifying officer. It must be possible from the details provided for AIMS to verify the certifications by contacting the certifying officer if necessary.

Please ensure you submit ''original certified copies" of your documents.
Who does AIMS accept to certify my documents?

Documents certified in Australia must be certified by either a Justice of the Peace or a Notary Public.

Documents certified in a country other than Australia must be certified by a Notary Public or an official of an Australian Embassy or Consulate.

Please note that AIMS WILL NOT accept any other form of certification. If incorrectly certified documents are provided with your application it WILL NOT be processed and your fee will NOT BE refunded.

Strictly follow that para wala kang problema. Mabuti na ung sigurado kse non-refundable ung fee. Sayang pera..

Check mo muna stamp nung Notary Public.

Ung sa Notary na pinuntahan ko. May ilang details na wala. Kaya ngpagawa kami ng stamp. Kami din ngstamp sa documents para malinaw. Pero sa harap nmn nila ginawa at vinerify documents.

Minsan kse ung pagstamp nila malabo. So ngdala pa kami sariling stamp pad.

Mabuti na sigurista kse magsisi sa huli.

@kristelaustria san ka nag pa CTC? karamihan kc sa attorney nag pa CTC pra sure na acceptable sa AIMS.

@kristelaustria walang contact details ung ngcertify. Dapat may address at phone number para pwede icontact ng AIMS kung mgverify sila. Tsaka kelangan ung registration number nung attorney. Kindly refer sa guidelines ng AIMS sa mga details na kelangan. Na-post ko na din dito sa thread ung link sa page ng AIMS.

Nung nagpa authenticate ako sa dfa noon, bale ung board certificate ko, prc ang nagcertified true copy.. bale yan ung stamp nila, ung document na yan naka red ribbon sia..

Hello po! @raspberry0707 @alfonso31 nagpunta po ako kanina sa consulate, ngcecertify po daw sila ng documents dun, pero ung stamp, wala daw pong address and contact number, pero ang magcecertify daw po eh ung consulate general... may nakagawa na po ba kaya ng ganon? From philippine consulate ang certification ng mga documents na pinasa sa aims? Thanks sa replies!!!

@kristelaustria yung pina-CTC ko sa notary public wla dn nman nakalagay na address at contact number pro inaccept nman ng AIMS yung sken..

@Mia sana po magreply agad ang AIMS..

ang naisip ko naman po eh baka iaccept naman po kase sabi po sa consulate dito eh equivalent narin daw po ng notary public ung consulate.. pero need ko lang din po ng assurance kase non-refundable po ung assessment fee.. mejo mahal po kase.. hehehe hindi ko lang po kase mapadala sa pinas kase mas magagahol po ako sa time kung gusto ko pong ihabol for september exams.

Yung plan ng partner ko actually is ipadala yung docs sa Pinas then pabalik (nasa NZ kami so mahal ang notaryo), aabot pa naman siguro before June

@Mia un din nga po maam, mejo mahal po,, may nabasa po ako sa thread, na pwede daw po iscan ung documents and send sa pinas, then panotarize ung copy na un, then isend ulit pabalik.. pero hindi ako sure kung pang-aims un or sa visa application na po.. hehe

Hello po, may question po ako ulit regarding po sa employment,, applied po ako sa dati ko na work from october 2008 hanggang april 2015, vacant po ako ng 2 months before ung work ko dito sa jeddah.. by June 2015 start po ako dito sa jeddah up to now po.. ang pagassess po ba nila eh idededuct ung months na wla kang work? and add ung years plus months na working? Thanks po!

may mga nabasa po kase ako na may deduction ung sa years of employment nila na credited?
may idea po ba kayo kung paano po ung pagassess nila ng employment na crinicredit ng aims? Thanks po ulit!

Ako po kase, notarized ung ibang documents ko pero po nakaattached sa red ribbon.. hehehe pero plan ko po kase ipanotarized nalang po ulit lahat.. bakit daw po hindi pwede sa phil embassy? Kung ganoon po, hindi rin po pwede sa philippine consulate dito sa jeddah?

@kristelaustria ang ibig ko sabihin eh sa phil embassy d2 eh hndi cla nag C-CTC kc hndi dw sa knila galing yung document kaya mabuti pa pla dyn kc pwede.. sa MOFA ng oman napakamahal nasa 5000 pesos per page buti IELTS result lng pina CTC ko.. kaya sa palagay ko pwede na yung sau kc sa embassy na mismo yan...

@alfonso31 Un po bang coe nyo and license jan sa oman, jan nyo narin po pinastamp? Kase po ung license ko po dito ng saudi council, pinastamp ko na po sa ministry of foreign affairs dito sa jeddah.. ang pagkakaintindi po kase nung sa consulate, eh ipapaaunthenticate ko po, parang red ribbon, and ung mga documents galing dito sa jeddah eh icecertify po nila ung original copy, at hindi daw po photocopy, kaya mejo magulo po hehehe

@kristelaustria bale yung recent COE ko d2 may umuwi na kaibigan ko kya pinadala ko sa knya pra sa pinas mapa-CTC. Nahuli lng yung IELTS kya no choice ako kya sa MOFA ako nag punta tapos nag request na lng ako na English yung i-stamp nla instead of arabic. Ganyan dn ako nung nag punta ako sa embassy d2 hndi dw cla nag CCTC kung hndi sa knila galing documents if gusto ko dw red ribbon na lng kaso it will take time eh nag hahabol ako sa pag submit ng mga requirements kya cla na nag suggest na sa MOFA na lng ako mag punta

may stamp po ung coe ko and license ng Ministry of foreign affairs po dito..nakastamp din po ang chamber of commerce, though arabic po ung stamp pero nakatranslate po ng english ung document ko,, wala po ata silang stamp na english sa ministry dito, hehehe may uuwi po akong kaibigan this week, okay lang din po siguro na ipadala ko sa kanya ung mga original documents ko para ipanotarize po doon? and then ipaLBC nlng po nila pagkatapos? hehe.. mas makamura po ako.. hehehe

@kristelaustria ganyan yung sinend ko sa AIMS at ok nman.. ok dn nman na ipadala mo sa kaibigan mo kc ganun yung ginawa ko hndi nga lng umabot yung sa IELTS ko kya d2 ako nag pa CTC. Basta ba hndi nila iwawala yung mga docs mo eh hehehe
