  Hi experts, May itatanong lang po ako sna makahelp ng expertise nyo. Or i-point nyo lang po ako sa page na dapat kong mapagtanungan. Sorry sa long post
  
  Ung situation po is may 457 grant visa Software Tester ako. Gusto ko na mag apply ng 189 visa. Can I do an assessment in ACS as Software Engineer? Hindi ba ung makaka conflict sa 457 visa ko?
  
  If ever maging succesfull po ang assessment as Software Tester. Can I claim 5 points as working here in Australia sa point na to: In skilled employment for at least one but less than three years (of the past 10 years) but as a Software Tester under my 457 visa? May 1 year experience na po ako ngun as Software Tester.
  
  May Partner po ako who has positive ACS assessment as Analyst programmer. Makaclaim po ba ako ng 5 points dun as partner points? Pag po ba partner need namin dalawa mag apply ng eoi?

  @lucid2010 AFAIK You can claim partner points and no need for both of you to submit EOI. Just pick one of you who will be the main applicant. Regarding applying for ACS assessment, I think you can do that and it will not conflict with your 457. Meron iba dito sa forum na ganun yung ginawa. Now whether you can claim 5 points for your work in Australia, I think, depends on the outcome of your ACS assessment - if they count your work experience in Australia then you can claim points for it.

  @Ozlaz wife ko nakatira sa paranaque, sa munisipyo ng paranaque sya kumuha sa kuhanan ng police clearance and it was free of charge. Then sinend nya sakin young form with her authorization letter through dhl sinabay ko nang dalhin when i appeal mine ako na rin ang nagcollect..

  Note: There can only be one invitation on an EOI at any time even if more than one visa subclass has been selected. For example if you have a current invitation to apply for a subclass 190 visa you cannot receive an invitation to apply for a subclass 189 visa.
  
  Pero parang may mga nabasa ako sa mga thread na nainvite na ng 190 pero nagaantay pa ng 189?
  
  I understand na usually inaapplyan both 189 and 190 for EOI, pero it means pala na if nainvite ka na for 190, go na un? Kasi wala nang chance for 189? Tama po ba?

  @kuya.king if you ticked both 189/190 in same EOI, then yes the statement above is correct. What others did (similar in my case), we created 2 separate EOIs for 189 and 190.

  Nagsend ako kaninang umaga ng followup email sa CO regarding the status. Then nagreply yung CO ko mga 2 hours after, sabi nya di pa sila satisfied sa proof of relationship na evidences namin ng de facto partner ko. Mejo magtatagal pa ng mga 3-5 days ang response ko kasi nagrequest pa kami ng further details sa bank, phone line saka additional statement from the owner of the place where we stay.
