Hi! Medyo nalilito pa ako kung kelan ang right timing ng pagkuha ng police clearances/NBI clearance at magpamedical. Ano po ba ang validities ng mga docs na to?

I'm about to have my docs submitted for EA assessment by end of this month. Gusto ko sana mai-ready na lahat ng requirements for visa lodge para tuloy2 na (assuming and praying everything goes well $:\$ "> ) Need ko kasi clearances from Pinas, Kuwait, and Qatar (current location).

Any inputs? thanks!

@chuckiebhoi mas maige ang police clearance from other countries secure mo as soon as may invite ka na para d sya ma expire. usually kasi 6 months lang yang validity nyan. sa NBI naman one year validity nyan kaya kuha ka na agad, mabilis lang naman mag renew ifever...

@Ozlaz bro sa website ng dibp nakalagay kailangan mgsubmit ng Form 80, form 1221, police clearance at CV for evidence of character for dependants older than 18 yrs old. Kaya ngsubmit ako para sa kanila.

My bf is also getting a bit impatient lalo nat naunahan ko pa siya considering na nauna sya naglodge. Im guessing same kayo ng CO ni bf. Does your CO's name start with C and come from Adelaide? Tnx.

@chuckiebhoi Just to share, ako kumuha ako ng PCC dto sa Jeddah nung Nov. 2016 pa. Akala ko kc maiinvite na ko ng Dec or Jan. Pero inabot ko ng pro-rata at increase ng cutoff pts. To cut it short, nung naglodge ako ng visa last April5, medyo kabado ko sa PCC kung ihohonor pa rin ng DIBP. Nagpplan nako kumuha ulet before end ng April kc iniisip ko bka maexpire na nang di pa ko naggrant. Good thing nman at bago pa mag May eh nagrant na at di na nanghingi si CO ng bagong PCC.

@2pe Thanks for sharing! paano nalalaman ung pro rata at cutoff pts increase? dito ako medyo nalilito pa. eto rin ang worry ko kasi based sa occupation ceilings sa website for telecom engr, 838 out of 1000 na(occupation ceiling value to invitations to date). ayaw ko na kasi sanang hintayin pa ung July para mareset yan.

sa anong part ba ng application process ka makakasigurado na bibigyan ka na ng "slot" for visa? during ITA ba? or unsure yan hangga't walang visa grant?

@chuckiebhoi 263311 ba ANZSCO code mo? If yes, then wala sya sa mga occupations na under pro-rata. This means yung standard 60pts ang minimum required pts in your occupation to get invited. The highest your pts are, the soonest you'll get the invite. So, kung gusto mong ma invite agad, work on ur way to increase your pts. Points are based on Age, Education, Work Experience and English Test. One tip I'd give you is increase your pts in English Test. Try to maximise and get the 20 pts (band 8 to in IELTS or above 79 for PTE tests). Yung pts sa Engish test na lang kc maigagalaw mo since fixed na ang age, and yung education and skills assessment mo hindi mo na din magagalaw once lumabas na assessment result.

Once meron ka na ITA (or na invite ka na in Skillselect), you have a secure slot na. ITA is like your golden ticket. As what others suggest here, wait till you get invited muna. Increase your pts if you can. Eto ang pinakamahirap na part. Some here waited like 6-10months to get invited. Worry on your police clearances after invitation na, or only when you have extra time. Once you get invited, you'll be given ample time to lodge. Hope this helps.

hello, whats pro rata in terms of invitations? less than 20 na lang nakalagay sa Analyst Programmer sa occupational ceiling PERO may naka note din na puno na. I was expecting na staggered yung pag invite, like may alloted every month, and higher points will be invited, so until june meron pa :-) .
anyways, just submitted EOI...:-)

hi, paclarify naman about sa bagong global visa processing times na 5 to 7 months applicable ba ito starting when? if I recall correctly dati ay max of 3months lang. affected ba nito yung mga nakapaglodge na?

@Strayven pro-rata is when they have a backlog and they backtrack eois submitted at an earlier time (like 3-6months ago). But if your pts are above average, they invite u 1st than those they're backtracking. ohh yes it says this occupation already reached its ceiling last march invitation round, but i can see that there's still 14 available slots. Baka manual selection ang iniinvite nla? Not sure on this one. Ilang pts ka? Goodluck!

Pa help. Na CO contact ako today. Pina certify nyo ba bio page ng passport nyo? Weird ni CO ruth sa baby ko lang naman naghingi sya ng certify copy ng passport sa amin ng hubby ko wala. Ano sa palagay nyo. Magpacertify nalang din kami tatlo sali ko sa upload? What do u think guys?

Tapos naghingi pa sya sa akin ng overseas study evidence..tapos na ako nag.upload ng diploma at tor. Ano pa kulang? Pero uploaded ko na ulit.

Question: ang diploma ko is certified true copy from our university registrar since nasunogan kami 2011 ty lahat ang orig docs ko. Ok lang kaya to?

I will appreciate your comments and suggestions. Magpacertify na ako now. ^^

@Strader in my case and some people i know, yung same biopage na sinubmit lang nmen to skill assessing body ginamit namen (pina-CTC na namin siya before for that purpose). The upload page in immi website says na if colored scan yung maprovide, no need for this, pero kung hiningi tlaga ni CO, eh better comply with it.

As for transcript and diploma, same as passport, eto din ung gnamit nmen for skills assessment. If you have the original copy (yung provided ng registrar niyo), you may certify it din sa law office. Kc baka ndi nla inohonor ang registrar's certification that it's a true copy.

@fedsquare to din kasi gamit ko sa assessment sa vetassess kasi sabi wag na ipacertify kung naka certify trie copy na sya from the registrar.
Sino kaya dito same sa case ko. Nakakalito. I just uploaded it again .notify ko nalang pag.ok na ang passport ctc. Nagtataka lang ako bakit sa anak lang namin na passport. Meaning ok yong sa amin?

Hello @Strader i would think un lang sa kid niyo ang kulang. Medyo matagal pala ang balik ng CO pag ganyan ah. I initially thought mabilis lang kapag may initial contact na pero from my bf's experience and the trend im seeing here and in immitracker, medyo nauuna pa ang mga DG. Kaya try to submit the requested additional docs as soon as possible. Goodluck!

guys, may email ba ng confirmation ng EOI? i only got the account created email pero na complete ko na sa SS yung EOI.

But as per Border.gov.au.. Once you submit your completed EOI, you will receive a confirmation notification from SkillSelect..
