@CathyCathy11 hi... s pagkakaintindi ko depende iyan s kung ilang 80 pointers ang nasubmit ng EOI nila from the time n nagstop ang invitation for 189. if super dami nila like 100-150 people, malamang 80 pts lng un maiinvite.

I think meron mga nainvite n 75 pointers p s last round (or last 2 rounds) ng invitation. mataas prin nmn ang chance mainvite ang 75 pointers. ung 70 points ata ang mejo marami so ang uunahin nilang iinvite dun is ung mga nauna rn n nagsubmit.

@jerm_au16 @maren1026 ask ko lang regarding syllabus., i went to the school registrar at ngrequest ng syllabus. According to them, syllabus is the course outline, at 1 subject lang may have 10 to 30 pages, eh ngrerequest ako mga 38 subjects., Pero meron din sila sinabi na course description lang, at 1 page may contain 5 to 6 subjects na.,Alin ba tlga dito ang kailangan ng assessing body? Yung ibibigay daw sakin certified true copy lang, isasubmit ba diretso sa assessing body as attachment or ikekey-in lang online ang info., Please advise po, thanks

    Hello mga Sir/Ma'am,
I'm currently a Mall Engineer( manages operations ang maintenance of the facilities/equipment of the building) here in Pinas. Im a licensed Mechanical Engineer. Hingi lang po ako advice. Though 1 year palang ang experience ko, i dream of working in OZ. Do you think it is wise to pursue facilities engineering if i want to work in australia? Im also taking my girlfriend ( soon to be my wife) who is a CPA with me. Should I shift to a different industry like oil and gas or construction? Please help po. This is my dilemma right now. Is facilities engineering best suited to make a good career sa australia or even penetrating it?

@Isentropic you can google the field you are currently in if its in demand in Australia. I can comment for your soon wife's, if she is an external auditor she can apply as main applicant. Also she can take the accountant route.

@khenortigozaenriquez how many year is the cert for prof educ. do you have bachelors degree before that? sorry not familiar with your qualification. (accountant thread)

@khenortigozaenriquez u don't need the certificate if you have bachelors degree. assessing body will assess if your bachelors degree is equivalent to AU bachelors degree.

@marimari hello, I'm not familiar with CAANZ's process. For CPAA you can have your skilled employment and academic assessment at different times paying an amount for both.

    Hi guys,
For CPAA assessment: ung course syllabus ba for ALL subjects in the transcript? O for the accounting-related subjects lang?
Also, i read in the CPAA website na hindi raw accepted ung CV. So if mgssubmit na ako ng docs for skills assessment, just the COE, payslips, and/or ITR? O mgsubmit pa rin b ako ng CV?
Ito na kc ang next step ko eh. Pasensya na kung naulit lang itong tanong ko. Thank u.

@CathyCathy11 It depends. Every 1st of July, australian immigration resets the quota for each occupation but bear in mind that accountant is one of the highest number of applications and gets filled in quickly

@Isentropic when you said "dream of working in oz" were you referring to coming here on a work visa or to migrate?

@czams The quotas will be refreshed 1st July but there is no guarantee that accountants with 70 points will be invited. If there are others with 75 or 80 points in the queue, they will be invited first and as you know, there are so many applicants for accountant/auditor so the quota gets filled-in quickly. What you can do is to find ways to increase your points, try state sponsorship most states will refresh their quotas in july too. You may also want to consider getting provisional visa 489 which will add extra 10 points to you. please note that 489 visa is 4 yr provisional visa and not a PR straight away

@czams once you lodge your EOI, the system will recognise and adjust your age. Please note that the points you claim for by the time of invitation will remain as is even if you gets older bu the time you submit the application.
