VETASSESS Additional Requirement

Hi to all. I have a question - my agent lodged my VETASSESS application last 24 Jan 2017 and on 24 Mar 2017, I was told that the assessor requested a copy of the org charts as additional information. Do you guys have an idea as to how long will it take before I can have the assessment result? Thanks.

I'm in the middle of collecting all my documents for vetassess and I'm scared of making a costly mistake. Can I know your agent? Good luck with your skills assessment.

@mxv588t hi. di ba po standard processing ng vetassess is 3months? as per my agent ganun daw, pwede din pa fast track ng 2weeks pero may additional charge.

@engineer20 VETASSESS said my work experiences under facilities management are not relevant which is weird as I am into facilities management. We are drafting a more detailed letter to support our claims.

@mxv588t try to prepare and submit a COE with job descriptions that are very close and relevant to the work done by a Facilities Manager based on ANZSCO.

Yup. My migration agent and I will be finalizing this coming Monday. I just felt like if this comes out as negative again, I will no longer have any chances of moving forward.

so far wala pang results reassessment. We have submitted last 5 June.

As for the reason, they just felt my experiences were not relevant to the job scope which is why we submitted back again for reassessment.

sir @mxv588t ask ko lang if you're based sa sg? same po kasi tayo ng line under facilities din yun plan ko na ipaassess. yun na anticipate ko possible issue sakin is yun permit ko is proj engr pero yun work ko is facility officer. do you think magkakaron din ako ng issue? thank you sir in advance!

@jam14 yes I am based in SG... If you'll ask me, medyo mahirap i anticipate ang response nila. Although my field is really relevant, VETASSESS still rejected the assessment. All I can do now is wait for the appeal result.

Hi @mxv588t. Wala pa rin results yung appeal mo? Naku, sana may chances pa. Feeling ko kasi parang similar ang case ko sayo, kinakabahan ako na mareject ng Vetassess if hindi ko maprove na relevant.

Ask ko nga pala kung nagsubmit ka ng org chart? Meron ka bang employees under your management? Managerial position din kasi yung nominated occupation ko. Pero walang employees under me kasi maliit lang yung company. Do you think makaka-affect yon sa assessment?

@scruz wala pa... ang sabi ng agent ko is 14-16 weeks processing. Tinignan ko sa website and ganun nga ang timeline.
Nung unang nag submit kami ng agent ko, 2 out of 3 employers ko is with letterhead, yung isa is statutory declaration. After 2 months, nanghingi sila na ng org chart. 1 out of 3 ang with letterhead. the rest, statutory declaration. Hindi kasi basta basta magbigay yung 2 previous companies ko and they declined.

This time around, I got all 3 letterheads na with the revised employment certificate.

As for the org chart, they want to see kasi na relevant yung work mo sa inaapplyan mo and yung mga under sa yo.

@mxv588t Ipagppray ko na maging positive ang appeal mo. Kapit lang.

Naku, wala kasi akong hawak na tao. Managerial pero single headcount ako sa department. Does it mean wala na akong chance?

One more question pala, paano ka nag-ask ng COE sa employer? Medyo nakakatakot kasi baka maging disadvantage pag nanghihingi non. Baka akalain lilipat ako ng company.

Do you mind me asking who is your agent pala? Baka kailangan ko na rin ng advice para sa case ko.

@scruz Thanks. I am not sure how it will affect kasi si agent ko ang nag aadvise e.

Sinabi ko lang sa mga companies ko na need ko for application of VISA. I have no other choice na kasi e. So far no questions asked naman ang current company ko.

My agent pala is ANZ migrate.

Hi All, if magpapaassess sa vetassess ng manager position kailangan ba ung job title is manager din talaga? My friend is planning mag paassess pero assistant manager lang ung job title niya pero pasok ung job description niya and may mga employee din under niya. Will it affect? Salamat!
