SAUDI Based Applicants for SubClass 189/ 190

Hindi ko alam which category ko ito ipopost, pero since tiga saudi ako, dito nlng.

I'm expecting to get my EA results this week. Electronics Engr, hopefully around 75 points pag lodge ng EOI. Ang plan ko is after EOI and processing visa, exit ako sa Pinas, get married, then lipat sa Melbourne.

Concern ko is ang fiance ko na nasa pinas. What is the best way to get my fiance to AU? Di ko sya pwedi e sama sa papers ko now, kasi di pa nmn kami kasal. The wedding would be pag exit ko sa pinas.

Isa pang concern ko is ang requirement na "they live together or do not live separately and apart on a permanent basis". We never lived together, pero we were BF/GF for 10 years. 5 years kami apart kasi nag OFW ako sa saudi. Please advice.

san po ba madaling magprocess ng docs...sa Pilipinas or dito sa KSA?

@fliss18, As far as I know, mas madali dito sa KSA. As long as complete ka sa mga requirements/documents mo.

@Jan_ i think it would be better if you settle there first, have your PR, then request your wife pag naikasal na kayo, at least assured na isa sa inyo ang nandun...

in my case isinama ko mag ina ko, less than a year pa lang kaming kasal nung mag lodge ako ng visa, kaya nahirapan ako, marami silang hinihinging karagdagang docs na hindi required sa checklist...

just my suggestion para mas mapabilis ang processing mo...

kasi pag sinabay mo yan at matagalan kayo din ang masyadong ma stress, anyway pag spouse visa na later less than a year na yata ang processing at d na ganun kahirap....

d na kailangan magpa notarize... lahat ng docs kailangan lang original at color scan yun ang upload mo....

Naku, 995/1000 na pala ang Electronics Engg. Kaka lodge ko palang ng EOI ko. Sana maka habol pa. Alam nyo po ba kung kailan ang next invitation round? Sa website kasi nila parang hindi nag update. Naka sulat 12 April 2017 at 26 April 2017. Baka nag ceiling na.

Yun nga po kuya @MikeYanbu. Sayang 75 points ko. hehe. Kaka receive ko lang din kasi ng EA result ko. Oh well. In gods time, darating din ang invite.

Kuya Mike, May checklist po ba kayo ng mga kailangan para sa Application pag may invite na? Para ma prepare ko na before hand. Tulad ng mga PCC na basa ko yun ata ang mahirap kunin, based sa previous discussion nyo dito. Di po kasi ang nag Agent. Sariling sikap lang din, para maka bawas ng cost ng konti.

Character Evidence

A. Saudi PCC
1. Get letter of endorsement sa Phil Embassy (100 SAR)
2. Pa attest mo sa MOFA and letter of endorsement (online payment-30SAR)
3. Go sa nearest Saudi Police Station (Bring Picture) - ipakita mo yung attested letter of endorsement sa kumander na nandun... hehehe...kukunin yang finger print mo then after that bibigyan ka ng claim stub at babalikan mo yung Saudi Police clearance after 2 weeks
4. Pagkakuha ng Saudi PCC.. punta ka ulit sa MOFA para ipa attest yang police clearance (online payment ulit - 30SAR).
5. Pa translate mo yung attested Saudi Police Clearance sa any certifeid translation office (50SAR)
6. Then... yung Saudi PCC na na attest ng MOFA at na translate... dalhin mo sa Philippine embassy para ipa authenticate (100SAR)...(optional tong procedure na to.. pero ginawa ko para wala ng hingiin pa)

B. NBI.. sa pinas na to.. or kung nndito ka pa sa saudi.. may procedure si Phil Embassy para sa gnito... medyo madugo nga lang

C. Form 80...

Posibleng may iba na hingiin si CO sa iyo.. or not all na nabanggit ko above ay hihingiin nya....

yung birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate... mandatory yan...

yung mga docs.. pwedeng scanned colored copies mo i a upload... or ipa CTC mo sa pinas...

PCC, NBI siguro pwedi ko na simulan, para pag open ulit sa July, ready na. hehe..
Dito na rin ako kukuha ng ng NBI sa saudi. Sana madali lang procedure.

@Jan_ san k d2 sa saudi?? baka masyado mapaaga yang saudi PCC na pagkuha mo.. 6 months lang validity nyan..... suggest ko na kapag may invite ka na.. dun mo na lang sya i secure...

@baknir Sa Riyadh po ako. Naka kuha na ako ng Endorsement from PH embassy.
Pero e hold ko siguro muna. baka next month na ako mag process sa MOFA and Police. Recently ko lang kasi nalaman na full na pala ang Electronics.

Based on previous years po ba, pag refresh sa July, mabilis mag bigay ng ITA? or matagal tagal din? Expected ko kasi mabilis lang dahil naka 75 points ako. Ano po tingin nyo?

nasagot n pla ni @batman before.. nabasa ko na.. haayss..mg melbourne sna kmi 60points lng kasi aq para maka 65points sana mag 190 aq.. kaso 60k aud need for proof of funds sa melb..

@kayetrish Mag PTE po kayo. First take ng IELTS, +0 points ako. First take ko ng PTE +20 points agad. Laking difference nun sa points.

@Jan_ yeah i know bout PTE.. pingtake ko nun c hubby.. i never tried it.. kc di pwede PTE s assessing authority ko.. IELTS AND OET lng.. even if I wanted to take PTE for additional points.. pgod n utak ko.. additional gastos n nmn.. but let's see... if di aq nainvited agad because of my points I'll consider that.. thanks...

@kayetrish, Regarding the assessing body, in my case it was Engineers Australia, which also just allows IELTS. Hindi pwedi PTE. So I used my IELTS results para sa EA, tapos yung PTE para sa EOI.

Medjo nkaka pagod nga magexam, lalo na sa bulsa. hehe. Atleast may options, pa incase kailangan pa mag increase ng scores. Good luck po saatin.
