30/09/16 - Lodged visa application 189
11/10/16 - Received medical referral
17/10/16 - Medical at Nationwide Makati
25/10/16 - Medical completed
17/11/16 - 1st contact. GSM Adelaide. CO Samantha. Additional docs for husband - UAE PCC and Character Statutory Declaration (Saudi)
15/12/16 - Submitted the additional docs
17/02/17 - 2nd contact. GSM Adelaide. CO Samantha. Additional Documents for Saudi Police Clearance. Provided exit stamp on the passport, COE and Clearance Certificate from the Employer.
