hello po! mag tatanong lang po ako kung kayo lang ba nag process ng mga documents nyo hanggang sa pag file sa embassy?? o nagpatulong po kayo para maprocess po yung mga papers nyo?? kung nagpatulong po kayo sa agent pwede po bang pashare ng name ng agent nyo?? baka kasi hindi pala accredited yung makuha ko na agent eh.... thanks po

Nag-migration agent kmi. So far so good. Maasikaso sila and talagang iga-guide nila kyo with the process. Sabi nga namin sa knila, if maga-grant kme ng visa, irerecommend namin sila sa mga forums hahaha!

@sharean07 and @Geoff - if I may answer your query re: statutory declaration, please see below which I used. edit it as needed.
I, XXXX, born on XX XXXX, 19XX, holding Passport EBXXXXXXX, do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that:

I was a full time employee of XXXXXX from XXXXXX to XXXXXXX. I was assigned under the XXXXXX where I held the positions of XXXXXX during my tenure with the company. I have attached herein various various documents issued by the company to evident the same i.e. Certificate of Employment, Salary Pay slips,

I declare that I am unable to provide an employment reference letter with detailed job scope on company letter head from XXXXXX as company policy only allows HR to provide a standard Certificate of Employment. This said document does not include any mention of my specific job scope.

Furthermore I declare that I cannot be able to secure a testimonial from previous line managers as all of them are no longer connected with XXXX.

To the best of my knowledge, I have outlined the below which were the specific tasks and responsibilities assigned to me during my tenure with XXXXXX.

Helo po sir, clarify ko lang kasi same situation ng husband ko. Ung previous employer ayaw magbigay ng detailed COE kasi meron daw silang sariling format at yun lang ang maibibigay nila. Saka close na ang department nila dati.

Tinatanggap po ba ang self /sariling statutory declaration? Wala kasi kaming mahanap na manager or co-worker na andito sa SG.

My wife did a statutory declaration for self - tinanggap naman ng CPA Australia and wala naman problema and CO namin so far...

Just insert in your legal docs the reason why you are doing a statutory declaration.

Hi! Bagong member po ako. Ask ko lang po ung bf ko Industrial Engineer pero ang skills na pinakamalapit sakin niya ay as Database Administrator. Nabasa ko sa ACS, na pwede iassess skills niya since 5yrs exp sya and ung BS IE siya minor in IT. Ang tanong ko pwede ba iases ng Engr Au ung Bachelors Degree niya na IE pero sa ACS siya magpases ng skils/work exp. Thanks!

@chantelle If sa ACS sya magpapaassess ng skills, i don't think kailangan nya pa magpa-assess sa Engr Au. Part na kasi ng assessment ng ACS yung educ background (i.e. diff # of yrs required based on whether your course is IT/non-IT and closely/not closely related to your job). Not 100% sure about this but it's how i interpreted the ACS reqts.

try to check the assessment guidelines of ACS to see kung san magfafall under yung BF mo.

@chantelle : part po ng ACS assessment yung educational qualifications nya kasi part po yun ng criteria nila to assess if he's suitable or not. depende po sa course (subjects taken) kung ilang years ang required and if kung anung type of assessment ang kelangan nyang i-apply. you can refer to this guide: http://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0016/7324/Summary-of-Criteria.pdf

ang hindi ko lang sure is ano definition nila ng "ICT Minor". ichecheck nila ang subjects na kinuha through the transcript/syllabus when you submit your documents.

San po sya nag IE? may minor ba talga na IT?

IE po ako, and i submitted my first assessment sa ACS for Business Analyst with 5 yrs exp..
pero Negative po ang result, dahil hindi daw considered minor in IT ang IE...
the suggested to go thru the RPL route.. pero ayaw ko na.. nagtampo na ako.. lol..

kaya nagpa-assess na lang ako sa EA.. pero meron nmn po kasi akong experience sa manufacturing... in the end, na credit ng EA ang lahat ng work experience ko.. Manufacturing plus business analyst as related to IE (per ANZCO definition)...

although kung titingnan mo.. same lang din nmn ang RPL(ACS) at CDR (EA)...
so kung saan sya mas comfortable at mas feeling nya mas malaki ang chance nya .. dun sya..

Course ko po is CompE, pero yung skill na ipapa assess ko sa TRA is ICT customer support.
Kelangan ko pa po ba mag RPL? Meron naman po kasi kaming IT subjects so I'm thinking na no need na. Pero I'm not sure

Sana hindi ma tag as engineering.
Pero magpapa assess pa din po ako, sayang lang kasi kun ma decline mahal din ang bayad hehe.

usually ksma nung acknowledgment letter from DIAC yung letter for request ng medicals andun yung health request ID na isusubmit mo sa clinic kung san ka magpapameds..so ang next is magpapamedicals ka.

@lock_code2004 - sa Mapua po siya naggrad ng IE. tapos ung mga electve nya IT. Tapos nagkaron din siya working exp sa Manufacturng as IE tlga 2 yrs dn un then Data Analyst sya sa Shell for 5 yrs.. Baka pde nga na sa EA na lang snce may work exp man sya sa manufacturing. Thanks a lot sa advice

Course ko po is CompE, pero yung skill na ipapa assess ko sa TRA is ICT customer support.
Kelangan ko pa po ba mag RPL? Meron naman po kasi kaming IT subjects so I'm thinking na no need na. Pero I'm not sure

Hindi po ako familiar sa requirements ng TRA..
ang RPL po na sinasabi ko is for ACS.. they require this for those with IT exp but without IT degree..

CompE naman po is considered as IT degree..

Pwede naman po sya magpa-assess sa EA using the Mfg experience as long as within the last 10yrs eto..

and para maconsider yung data analyst na experience nya, kung pwede ayusin ung job description nya ng konti para maging medyo business analyst/process improvement ang dating.. para sakop pa rin ng IE function..
